Good but nothing special

I really like the safety features but I don't like the infotainment screen it's not very user friendly. The intermittent windshield wipers never work from day one and every time I've asked the maintenance department at Van Nuys Hyundai take care of it and fix it they tell me that I will have to leave the car for at least several days if not weeks.... this is unacceptable

2023 Santa Fe Limited

Would buy again. Generally no complaints about the car. Drives smooth, plenty of tech and safety features. Infotainment center can be improved as it is slow and unresponsive at times. Blocking at road noise could be better but generally okay.

We do not like the push button gear selector and would much prefer a stick shifter

Some frustrations

The thumbprint locks only work about half the time…usually depending on the weather…I don’t like how it just flat won’t start when the battery dies or other things go wrong..a warning would be nice..lately it has been sluggish getting into Drive…

Just okay

I know other people who have had santa fes and loved them, maybe we bought a lemon. We have had a lot of weird glitches stuff happen since we bought our vehicle. Within the first year it was determined it was leaking fluid into the engine, thankfully it was covered under warranty. Another time stopped at a gas station and was unable to get back in the vehicle for 5 minutes. Nothing would work to unlock it, key fob, app etc. Then after 5 minutes it just unlocked. It doesn't have great gas mileage for the size of the vehicle. The best thing about it is the extra cameras. I love having a front camera, backup camera, and blind spot cameras.

Rides well, decent gas mileage, and added features for a lower cost.

Love how the vehicle rides and I am very satisfied with room that we have in the vehicle. I’m a little underwhelmed with the infotainment system for the highest level of the vehicle. Some of the features do not work, namely wireless CarPlay, the Digital Key, and Bluelink Sports. The built-in Navigation system is very limited by not having the integrated option of Google Maps, satellite views, and notifications of accidents and/or detours.
