experience was average

My oil change and tire rotation took just over an hour. My car was taken in immediately. I was told by one of the managers that I needed new air and cabin filters. Together it would have been $125. He stated that the air filter was full of bugs. Later when I got home, I checked the filter. There were three flies in it. I asked for a car wash. I was told that it would add a minimum of 45 minutes to my wait time, so I declined. This oil and rotation was my last free one, so I will be doing the rest of them. I'm 73, have no lift in my shop, and I'm sure I can do it myself as fast as the shop in Mandan did it.

2023 Santa Fe should feel sturdier

The vehicle has some nice features, but less than 2 years in, already experiencing issues. I worry that it will not last for the long haul. At this point I could not recommend this vehicle to others.

My AZ Hyundai Santa Fe (2023)

Overall, I love this vehicle. Comfortable and the Sport mode has power. The downsides are the tech requires iPhones to be connected USB which the lower model tech uses the vehicle WiFi. The other downside is the Auto Hold turns on automatically when I do not like using this feature because it blocks cruise control. Do not force this and allow me to choose when I would like to turn Auto Hold on or off.
