My AZ Hyundai Santa Fe (2023)

Overall, I love this vehicle. Comfortable and the Sport mode has power. The downsides are the tech requires iPhones to be connected USB which the lower model tech uses the vehicle WiFi. The other downside is the Auto Hold turns on automatically when I do not like using this feature because it blocks cruise control. Do not force this and allow me to choose when I would like to turn Auto Hold on or off.

Minor inconvenience

This is my third Hyundai, second Santa Fe. These have been reliable and trustworthy vehicles. I would have given this Santa Fe five stars, if it was not for a few minor things. The interior rug, where the back passenger seats are is coming up around the doors, as if it was not pulled snugged, tucked, and secured. This is my first Hyundai that has done that and may be a manufacturing issue.

Wonderful car!

The cabin is quiet, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. The materials feel upscale, and there’s ample room for both front and rear passengers. I love the supportive seats and the panoramic sunroof—it really opens up the space and adds a luxurious feel. The cargo room is also generous, making road trips and grocery runs a breeze. Hyundai packed this model with great tech features. The Santa Fe delivers a smooth, comfortable ride. I’m genuinely happy with my purchase.

Minimal Issues.

My muffler was quiet when I purchased it, but it's been getting louder and vibrating harder as time goes on. The Comfort and Sport do not make much sense. The air conditioner is weak, especially for the rear passengers.

Bad transmission. Difficult to get service.

Needed new transmission in 6 months. Difficult to get a service appointment within 6 weeks. Naples dealer is horrible. Fort meyers helped but kept vehicle for over a month with no liner. Fault message shows update regularly. “Service immediately- check transmission oil. Have taken vehicle to three dealers None could find anything wrong.
