Owner of 4 Santa Fe's since 2013

Love the Santa Fe's, after they got the kinks out with the new design in 2013, I have enjoyed each one I have owned. Good size, plenty of space, lots of storage, smooth ride, comfortable and plenty of bang for the buck. Mileage is good for the size and lots of standard options come with them. had to trade in my 2020 to get the 2023 since it will be the last year of that design. Not a fan of the 2024 style.

A Good Deal

Compared to what is on the market today, you can't beat this vehicle for price and quality. It is loaded with features that are options on other brands. The ride is smooth and quiet. The "lane keep" feature takes a bit to get used to but it is one of the safety features the SantaFe offers. The emergency braking feature has proven to outsmart the deer in this area.

I love my car!

I previously had a Hyundai Sonata. I loved the car and didn't have any issues. I drove it for 128K+ miles. I wanted either the Tucson or Santa Fe. When the 2024 Santa Fe came out, I knew I needed to make a decision while both the 23 and 24 models were still available. I chose the 2023 Santa Fe. I like the 2024 but it was too big. I'm very pleased with my 2023 Santa Fe. It's easy and fun to drive. It gets good mileage and has lots of safety features.

Proud of my choice. I spent three weeks looking and test driving various vehicles. I was also looking at incentives as well. My new Santa Fe is sporty, shiny and fun to drive! I knew what I was looking for and I found it in the Hyundai Santa Fe!

Great travel car and plenty of room .

I compared this to a Honda , Toyota, and Acura and after driving the Santa Fe we bought it and have enjoyed everything about it. And have 24k on it now and with no problems and service has been great with no charge for service intervals. Love that the back seat can recline also. Been a great car for in townand travel .

An Important Note For Buyers

My review would be for an automobile that basically doesn't exist any longer. The 2024 Santa Fe is completely different than the 2023, which includes a drastic change of the body style. For someone buying a 2023 pre-owned Santa Fe, I would recommend the vehicle, if comfort, and fuel mileage are important. On one long trip, my fuel mileage was over 35 mpg for highway without hills. My average is 30 mpg for combination city and highway driving.

2nd Hyundai purchase and their will not be a 3rd one

Cheap quality, was charged $3,500 over sticker price non negotiable, service department is aweful and stressful to deal with, that’s all I’m typing I’m thoroughly aggravated now for even answering this survey

Love the vehicle but not the service

The Hyundai Santa Fe 2023 is a great vehicle. I cannot say the same about the dealership and service department. Takes over a month to get a service appointment with the dealership and need to wait another month for the actual appointment. The add that they wasn’t to keep your vehicle for 7 to 10 days to evaluate the problem. Not my idea of good customer service!

Great car, customer service & experience

I enjoy working with this place and the employees. Kevin was a great salesman- prob best I’ve ever actually encountered. Danette was helpful and overall the other guys were great as well. The knowledge they had on the vehicles just right off top without looking at anything was impressive. My new car is cool too. They looked out for me. I’m paying more than I went in looking to, but overall I walked out happier, more confident, safer and with a good mindset with my decision. Very nice people. Ran into an issue afterwards due to an event that happened and they were very understanding and caring. Not only a “dealership” but a caring one. All around I’d recommend this place to anyone.

all the features I expect for daily driving and long trips. size, comfort, safety. Great on gas and a pleasure to drive. Great looking car as well. No issues since buying the car and the dealership is great. Would recommend to anyone.

Great value for all of the luxury options and safety features

I believe that this two-row seating vehicle is the best in the market for the price and options included. The engine is ideally sized for the vehicle with more than enough power to accelerate as needed. Extremely quiet ride! Great dealership experience!

It's Okay!

It gets you from A to B. I wish it had 3 rows of seats, leather and a moon roof. The lane corrector is a bit aggressive. It jerks you back into the lane. The front collision braking is a little too aggressive as well.

Needs a spare tire without a spare tire leaves a person very vulnerable and reliant on Hyundai to repair a simple task the lack of spare tire creates a nightmare scenario when it can be simply rectified with a spare tire

Great car

I would definitely recommend this car. Besides the great price and warranties, it is easy to drive and has plenty of space for passengers and suitcases. The navigation system is designed so that even old people can use it. I also enjoy all the safety features.

Comfortable, practical, and fun

I love my new Santa Fe. For a four cylinder vehicle, it has a peppy, fun feel while driving. The automatic transmission is smooth and makes driving comfortable and seemingly effortless. The navigation makes a road trip easy and fun, along with its Android interface helps to fill in the gaps your radio doesn't quite fill.
