Wouldn't recommend to buy this car.

Lots of engine problems, side sensors register a car is there when there isn't anything near the car. Brakes hard when not even close to another car. Also brakes hard for crash alert when it isn't really that close. Car has been on the shop 7 times from april 2023 through dec 2024nfor fuel system problems. Strong gas smell in the cabin each time the problem occurs.

I like the car except for traction noises

Car tires sometimes make noises when I am turning..it sounds like they are rubbing/skipping on the ground..looked online and talked to service desk who made general observations that it was normal..i am unconvinced

My Third Santa Fe

I have loved all my Santa Fe’s and keep coming back for more. I bought the 2023 because I didn’t want the updates 2024 body style. I liked the smaller size and no third row in my Santa Fe’s. I have had a glitchy thing with the door locks, but I have not pursued help.

Not Bad

Technology wise the car is great. Comfort for back seat passengers is very bumpy. There is a lot of road noise when driving. When lightly pressing on the brake pedal and going over a small bump in the road, the brake pedal with make a noise and move a tiny bit. But the car is nice and I do enjoy it

Great SUV

Excellent SUV in terms of interior vehicle comfort, ease of driving, and providing ample interior space without also feeling excessively large while parking or driving. Only comments are that it would be nice to have an option to update the built in dash navigation, the current system is hard to update, and doesn't provide nearly the level of accuracy that other GPS providers do. Other comment is that gear shifting buttons sometimes does not register that you pushed the button, so if you are trying to reverse too quickly you could accidentally instead pull forward if you are still in drive. Buttons do not have the same reactive feel that a gear shift stick does, so I always have to be more slow and deliberate when changing gears.

Sharon Domfrocht - 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Review

I’ve been leasing my Hyundai Santa Fe for almost 2 years. Overall, it drives nicely and has a good design with a quality interior. However, the AC airflow in the front is too strong, even on the lowest setting. The driver’s seat also makes noises, as if it wasn’t adjusted properly. I feel the engine could use more power since it doesn’t always respond quickly when needed. Despite these issues, I’ve enjoyed the car and would love to do another lease with Hyundai.

Worst decision to purchase this vehicle. Can’t wait for someone to crash into my vehicle to destroy it. Can’t sell it and pass my problem onto someone else

Great car but issues

Love everything on my Hyundai but has been in shop already 3 times to have rotors turned. Next time they are replacing but will it continue. First time I believe was before 14k miles. I have a friend that purchased a 25 Santa Fe and she has already had it in for the rotors. So this seems to be a continuous problem. This is my third Hyundai and due to these issues I probably will not purchase another. Buying new should not be an issue.
