Nice SUV

Overall, a nice SUV, some electronic quirks, my main complaint is how fast the value dropped, almost 50% in two years with only 5K miles on it.

Meh

Various electronic issues that happen occasionally. Very annoying. Back hatch sometimes will go up or down and sometimes I have to push. Door lock with fob is random. Automatic lights stayed on all night came out to a dead battery. I don’t use automatic anymore

Love this vehicle!

We like sitting up a little higher than our old sedan and feel safer. The ride is really comfortable. There is plenty of easy-to-access storage. The sunroof is huge! We get pretty good gas mileage, esp on the highway.

experience was average

My oil change and tire rotation took just over an hour. My car was taken in immediately. I was told by one of the managers that I needed new air and cabin filters. Together it would have been $125. He stated that the air filter was full of bugs. Later when I got home, I checked the filter. There were three flies in it. I asked for a car wash. I was told that it would add a minimum of 45 minutes to my wait time, so I declined. This oil and rotation was my last free one, so I will be doing the rest of them. I'm 73, have no lift in my shop, and I'm sure I can do it myself as fast as the shop in Mandan did it.

2023 Santa Fe should feel sturdier

The vehicle has some nice features, but less than 2 years in, already experiencing issues. I worry that it will not last for the long haul. At this point I could not recommend this vehicle to others.
