Overall my owner experience has been good.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because recently, when my vehicle had less than 25,000 miles, the ITM (Internal Thermostat Manager) had to be replaced which was disheartening since I take extremely good care of my vehicle. In addition, the replacement process was plagued with issues that where both inconvenient and required immediate correction.

My Santa Fe Calligraphy

Wonderful SUV with all the bells and whistles found in much more expensive SUV’s. I love driving it and very responsive and comfortable for travels. All the safety features are great and it is rated one of the top safest vehicles available. Its crash avoidance system has come in handy more than a few times, and before I could respond. I am sure I could have stopped before a collision, but the extra second or two gave me the extra security advantage. I’ve owned 3 previous Santa Fe’s and they have all been good solid vehicles. Plus they have the best warranty in the market.

It is now 2025 and I am still a proud owner of the 2023 Santa Fe. It performs well, it’s so safe, and the comfort is amazing! It’s good on gas too! Two of my family members own Hyundais!

Santa Fe 2023

I have owned 3 Santa Fe's over the years and all were wonderful vehicles! The 2023 was the top of the line Santa Fe with all the bells but my wife was in a horrible accident one month after the purchase and I really believe that because of this vehicle she is alive today! The car was T-Boned at an intersection while cruising at 55 mph, It went airborne and rolled over 2 or 3 times according to an eye witness! All the air bags except the steering wheel deployed. It was a total loss and my wife was banged up but not a single cut.

It has been a great vehicle so far.

I wish it had some more standard safety features. Backup alarm when parking etc. I think ALL safety features should be Standard as well as cooled seats (leather gets a little hot in Florida) and full front power seats.

Seating is uncomfortable

It appears the manufacturer does not care about the comfort of the seating surfaces. In all of my 60 years of owning a car , I have n ver had a car where the seats were ever u comfortable. Even my 1984 Honda Accord had better seat comfort.
