Great suv

Bought it new and I drive 500+ miles a week. Very safe and dependable. Also fun to drive!! It’s telling me to type more so I’m typing more. Not sure if they are looking for me to write a book or not. I’m at 200 characters so bye.

Liked it at first but then...

Initially the car was great. My wife wanted a certain color combo and it was 60 miles away from me. We drove and had a terrible experience at the dealership. The car was great at first no problem then we saw the molding in the passenger side was peeling off or not put on correctly? Then the car started throwing the engine light around 8500 miles. Took it to the dealership and got a transmission software update to protect me from if something went wrong. Then I kept getting an engine light and back to the dealer. Now I need whole new transmission. I actually got this survey because I've owned the car for 1 year only! And it has been in the dealership for 2 days now.

Just an overall great car. Treats me good. We have a great relationship. LOL Gets me where I am wanting to go and gives me great performance. Wouldn't have any other car. It has been a blessing in disguise

Very Stylish and User Friendly

I bought my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe PHEV at the Hyundai dealership in Auburn, MA and they made it a very easy experience. The sales representative I worked with, Jeff, was very friendly and helpful. The car is super easy to use, and it's a beautiful build as well. I love it!

Car has all features I was looking for with the cameras and safety items when changing lanes

The warranty on vehicle is very good and the size of the Santa Fe model fits my needs for the cargo area. Would recommend to friends and family, The car is sleek looking on the exterior and the leather seats are a good quality as well as the interior trim.

My vehicle is very comfortable lord of room inside . I enjoy driving it. Plenty of room in back for my adult kids to sit in too . I’ve always wanted a big suv now I have it the monthly payment a bit highter than I wanted though

Smooth ride

Staff are all great. The car is very comfortable and a nice ride. The app makes it very easy to make appointments. I like the fact that we get reminders about oil change, car inspections or any notifications about recalls.

This is the second Santa Fe we have owned and love them both! We purchased the upscale model with all the options (Calligraphy) in the new color (Stormy Sea Blue) which is great on hiding the road dirt.

Satisfied with the vehicle. Good car

The 4 cylinder engine surprised me. The ride is good. It is comfortable on long trips. Handles well. The rear view blind spot recognition is a great asset. All safety features exceeded my expectations.

Low mileage guy

Good looking car. Clunky transmission and erratic acceleration leaves a lot to be desired. The price, cargo room, and looks are a plus. It's good low mileage choice. If you're driving less than 10,000 miles a year it's fine option. If you're commuting more than that you're better off spending extra and getting something more comfortable and reliable

very satisfied with the santa fe but hate the service department at the dealership we bought it from sound system sounds great but a little glichy the bluetooth with the phone is a little difficult to use

Satisfied Customer.

Very satisfied with the SUV Is better than expected. I had a2013 Equus Signature. It was 9 yrs old and was completely satisfied from the beginning until the day I traded it in. I’d say iit was the best car after several Olds, Cadillacs and Lexus LS’s. I do not work so do very little driving anymore.

Nice looking and dependable .

Very dependable and great looking. Plenty of power and handles well. I would recommend this vehicle. I hope the 10 year / 100,000 mile warranty stands to be factual. That is one reason I decided to check out the Santa Fe mid size SUV.

Love our Santa Fe. It feels luxurious in the inside and has so much space. Our favorite part is the hidden storage in the back. It gives us so much more room. It was very affordable and comes with an awesome warranty.

Would Buy Again

I look forward to driving my SUV every day. I even take and drive my vehicle when my husband and I go out. Everything is so comfortable and convenient that I look forward to driving which is something I wasn't so keen about in the past. When the time comes, I look forward to purchasing another Santa Fe. I hope "Angel" at Green Hyundai in Springfield, IL is still there when it's time to go shopping. He is the best and another one of the reasons why I bought the vehicle that I did. I happen to live over 100 miles from that dealership and chose them for my last two vehicles over the dealership located within 5 miles from my house. Thumbs up guys!!!

Have Owned a 2022 Santa-fe for a year now. For the most part it works great. During the very few times I have had it in to the Dealer, the staff was professional and courteous. They sincerely wanted me to leave satisfied in every way. The Santa-fe is comfortable to ride in. Has great acceleration when needed. Holds the speed on the steepest hills when in cruise control.

Happy with car outher than the transmission jerking at slow stop and go.

I’m very happy with the car, it handles well and is a very comfortable ride. The controls are easily accessible. The way the transmission shifts is sometimes rough, and I would rather have a spare tire than the fix-a-flat. Thank you

Engine acceleration ducks

In the year 2022 I should not have to put my foot all the way down on the gas to make my car accelerate. It makes the drive really hard and really tiresome. The Consuela area also is very small. It’s connected to electricity is not the perfect place to place coffee cups or anything to drink or eat. There is no storage space such as for sunglasses or cell phones or anything else that you would like to really store in your car
