I love the styling the exterior and the interior also the performance

I absolutely hate the volume control its way to intrusive and no matter how many times I turn it off a short while later the radio turns the volume down. INFURIATING !!!!!

Almost a great vehicle

I was both intrigued and excited enough to have watched many reviews discussing the various levels of trim and options before I decided to make this purchase. I located the vehicle I had narrowed down to and promptly went to make the purchase. When I saw the Santa Cruz in person I was pleased, but when I drove the Santa Cruz, I was sold. Hyundai backed financing sealed the deal and I was a new owner of a 2024 Santa Cruz Limited. The only complaint I have is the choice of tires (Kuhmo Crugen) on the one I purchased. Thus the "almost".

Very poor drive. Feels like I'm driving with the emergency brake on.

Poor handling, safety features are dangerous. Driving on the interstate in the right lane a car in the left lane started veering into my lane. When I moved to my right to get away the safety feature threw me back left into the car.

The trucky look

The '24 XRT has the truck/suv look unfortunately the '25 XRT has been stripped of the truck look and looks more like an suv. The '25 XRT dash has been revised to look like other new KIA cars and suv's. I have had this vehicle for a year now and I still love to drive this specific KIA.

Terrible Vehicle

Don't know why the Sante Fe does this but sometimes when i step on the gas the power just dies. It's very dangerous when I am pulling onto roadway and traffic coming. I hate this truck. The controls are crazy, when I turn off the AC or Heat it still blows, I have to click on the air recycle for it to stop. Lot of little annoying quirks like this make it a very uncomfortable vehicle.

‘24 Santa Cruz XRT 18 month review

Overall the vehicle meets my needs but frustrated with lack of wireless car play and built in garage remote. Phone must be plugged in for car play to work and XRT price point should have included built in remote for garage connection.
