Need to do better on the DOOR KEY .IF YOU LOST IT YOU CAN NOT GET HELP TO GET IN CAR but have it tow to dealer. As wife lost key. Other key was 200 back at home. The price of a key at DEALER $ 938!!!! TO BE ON THE WAY BACK HOME

Overall satisfied, with a few minor improvement opportunities.

I love the style, and the convenience of having a truck and SUV in one vehicle. Overall, I am satisfied, willing to sacrifice some back seat space for the truck features. I appreciate the technology such as blind spot detection, lane departure detection. The app to start my car remotely is a tool I use frequently in the winter. The headlights seem to be too bright, and I get "flashed" t dim my lights, even when not on bright. And the headlights cast a profile that has a blind spot that constantly draws my attention.

Always trying to sell you something that

I have bought 9vehicles from Rick Case. 7 Kias and 2 Hyundais. I would suspect that makes me a loyal customer. If that’s the case, don’t treat me like you don’t even know who I am. I’m not saying that I’m better than anyone else, but at least show me some respect. 9 vehicles? Come on. Don’t try to cram $855 of crap down my throat when my vehicle has 14k miles on it.

love it except for a few glitches

Things I don't like: This is my 2nd Santa Cruz. Both lost the plastic "plates" from underneath within two weeks. What are they for??? The bed area gets very dirty and dusty, even with cover closed. Cannot use it to haul things, which was the whole point. Any dusty road prohibits the bed from staying clean. Some times has a bit of the "Hyundai hesitation" with the transmission, shifting into drive, etc. Both of my Santa Cruzes have done this, but the present one is a bit less troublesome.
