I fell in love with the styling and amazed at how much utility we get from the cargo bed, roof rack, etc. This is a car you can pass down to your children when they learn to drive and deliver miles of fun!

A great vehicle to drive.

I wanted a small pickup, but it had to have 4 doors. When the Santa Cruz came out I waited a year because none of the first year models had adaptive cruise control. I do a lot of highway driving and that is important to me. What surprised me is how nice the vehicle rides. It is a very comfortable vehicle even for hours long drives. The turbo provides extra power for towing and when speed is needed. I very much like the vehicle and would buy another one.

Love it!

I would bye another. Runs great,love the power it has.Have not try to tow anything but sure it would do just fine. Fun to drive does not have the tow package. The tires are not that good in the snow. Bye

A Sexy Hot Mess

The look and feel are great. It truly is fun to drive. I towed a 3,000 pound camper with it and it did fine (except for the mpg). I would never consider pulling its 5,000 limit. It's tight on storage inside and out. I could fit more into my Honda CRV. There is very little leg room in the back seat. Lots of little glitches that need to be addressed. Biggest issue I have is with the transmission. The dealership can't figure it out.

I call my Santa Cruz Pepe' because it is that. It's been fun to drive. Great on long trips. It tows my utility trailer fine (10 '). Been happy with fit, finish and service. Oil changes and tire rotation only.

Fun and exciting to drive.

The Hyundai Santa Cruz is very fun to drive, and I feel excited to drive it every time. The only negative comment is that it is a bit sluggish when accelerating. But besides that, I really enjoy driving my vehicle and would highly recommend. It also is great for carrying small items and landscaping materials.

Santa Cruz 2023 SEL Premium w/Activity bundle

This truck is excellent. It drives very comfortably and picks up speed no problem. Handling and breaking are easy. Absolutely beautiful exterior design. Lots of storage under the rear seat, trunk, and extra hatch storage in trunk is a nice feature. Enjoy the sliding middle back window and powered sunroof. Just enough truck bed space to assist in moving/transporting large items but also compact and simple for parking and has a great turn radius. I love driving and owning this vehicle. It’s the go to vehicle for all adventures!

Great vehicle

The Hyundai Santa Cruz has been an amazingly comfortable vehicle to drive and own with a few minor issues to speak of. The fuel door had to be pried open due to it not releasing after pushing on the door to open while to vehicle was unlocked. Also, have had the occasional issue with the bluetooth not connecting upon starting the vehicle. Occasionally the selection buttons for android auto will not show up on the screen even with it connects via Bluetooth.

Eye catching light truck

Great little truck

The Santa Cruz is a wonderful little truck. Not made for hauling much but it fits my current needs. It came with running boards which were worthless and in the way. Back seat needs much more leg room to be considered of value. Small children cannot sit in the back.

A great small pickup without being a truck

Without buying a small SUV or wagon the Santa Cruz is a great way to go. With only two choices (currently) this was the best one for me. The fit and finish is much better then its competitor, it's more comfortable and is actually fun to drive! The Limited model has a lot of nice tech that's actually useful, helpful and easy to use. With the extensive warranty I feel comfortable knowing it's covered if something should come up, too.

I love this vehicle. It has everything I could ever want in a vehicle. I love the look of it and it's loaded with safety features, wifi, 4 wheel drive and so many things.....I've had mine nearly two years now and I'm still discovering cool features I didn't know I had. Just absolutely love it!

Vehicle Suits My Needs

Its a good size and is very comfortable for commuting. The bed is small but my job no longer requires a large bed so it fits my needs. There is a noise coming from the rear when traveling at low speeds. That needs to be addressed.

Details that don’t work as it should. When one buys a new car, all the appliances in the car should work properly, the navigator, the front lights, car play, the back cover of the truck. I'm a little disappointed about that.

Perfect car-truck

The Santa Cruise is good looking runs great, has the necessary bells and whistles. The bed is large enough to store grocery's , suitcases and travel emergency stuff. It did not come with a hard too or an option to have one installed as part of the package. This is a fault. The style of this vehicle indicates that a hard cover for the bed should be standard. The ride is smooth and the engine is hard to hear when in park.

Fun to drive utility vehicle

Great riding vehicle, it's not a truck and its not meant to be, but it shares enough similarities to make for a very positive experience. Tows my 17 ' fiberglass boat with ease. The Turbo 4 cyl paired with the 8 speed dual clutch trans makes it a fun and responsive vehicle to drive.
