Not a bad car ,could be great. I need help finding a better dealer who I can trust . If j can use all the options on my Audi rs5 and not your vehicle there is some VERY WRONG with your manual

Two things ,easier to use and understand owners manual. So I could use the features I paid for . And eliminate the road rambling down I -5 . I am not dumb nor a fool but simplify the Owner manual and making it easier TO FIND THE APPROPRIATE TOPIC AND MORE USER FRIENDLY. would help alot .The constant driver input is a pain from Hell

Better than expected

After owning the Santa Cruz for 1.5 years, driving it cross country from Arizona to Tennessee and back, my wife and I both agree it is a remarkable vehicle. Large enough for the two of us, our dog and luggage for the trip yet small enough to fit in the garage. We averaged 24 mph of mixed highway and city driving for the trip. The seats are comfortable, the driving aids reduce stress and the cabin is very quiet. The Santa Cruz is also capable of towing my motorcycle as a bonus. The looks are subjective but we had quite a few folks ask us what we were driving and said they really liked the looks and were impressed with the vehicle. The cherry on top is that the Santa Cruz is built by Americans in the great state of Alabama and the build quality has been very good so far with no defects, squeaks or rattles. I guess you could say we love our Santa Cruz

its the best

drives very well, like the automatic drive controls dont even have to control the steering great pickup in the turbo model just like an 8 cylinder no problems very dependable very happy with it it even will tell you when there is a school camera it talks to you

Very happy with vehicle.

Very happy with vehicle. We had our 2008 Subaru 15 years before buying our Santa Cruz so a learning curve. There are many features that we have not used and probably will seldom if ever use, but we enjoy the vehicle very much. As we are retired and do not drive a lot of miles, we plan that this will be our last new vehicle.

All components of my Santa Cruz are good. Really enjoy driving it, very comfortable. Very good vehicle for the price and servicing the vehicle. Very pleased with the purchase and would purchase another one in the future.

It's a great product

Santa Cruz is a fun vehicle to drive. Works out great for hauling small items also to keep things in the bed secure and safe with the rolling cover. I have the 2023 Santa Crux limited and I like it better than the 300 that it replaced.

Where do I start???

The car has been in the shop more than it hasn't since 6,000. A plethora of computer swaps, a brand new transmission (that didn't solve the issue), and a lack of making it right by Hyundai. If I had to do it again, I would NEVER have purchased this vehicle...what a disaster.

Love my Trucklet

I replaced my Camry and Tundra and downsized to this flexible, fun economic truck..let. It rides like a car but handles like a sports car and yet has all the convenience of a sports truck and short bed. Many convenience features like the trunk under the bed and lots of electronic perks..

Transmission problems

I loved it when I first got it, but within 14421 miles the transmission had to be replaced. Not good. Transmission was replaced and about a week later it's back in the shop per Transmission issues. When I get it back I will be trading it.

Bad Transmission

Good truck except for the transmission and backseat.Hyundai installed (took 6 weeks) used transmission on a brand new truck (7000miles.) Hyundai should have replaced transmission with a brand new one.

Cool Vehicle

I've only driven this vehicle 3k miles on top of the 5.5k miles that was on it at time of my purchase. I can't say anything bad about this particular make year and model other than it's a very cool vehicle and so much fun to have and drive.

Great looking truck!

With only 4000 miles on this truck, we've had 2 problems. Oil cap broken/defective and fixed. Truck bed cover broken, spring sprung and can't get it looked at by dealer for 3 more months! Dealership help is unacceptable.

Great truck

I can't say anything bad about my Santa Cruz, it's just about the best vehicle I have ever owned. Drove it from Indiana to Oregon and back no problems in the mountains or the desert, when I did the same thing in my Jeep Cherokee it felt like the transmission was struggling to keep up.

Transmission

I bought a brand new 2023 santa cruz Limited. Had it for about 17 months, put just under 17,000 miles on it when the check engine light came on, diagnostic code was for the transmission. Took it to the dealer, they put a new transmission in it, covered under warranty. Took the dealer 7 weeks to complete the work, with no updates until about 5.5 weeks after dropping it off. I also had to come put of pocket for a rental vehicle until the dealer could provide a loaner vehicle. Currently awaiting reimbursement for the rental vehicle. Other than that it's a nice truck.

Un vehiculo con un buen diseño y estilo pero con problemas que no resuelven en el dealer

El vehiculo desde nuevo presenta problemas con la transmisión, se queda sin fuerza. La he llevado 6 ocasiones y dicen que es un comportamiento normal de la guagua. En adición el sunroof tiene problemas, se queda sin funcionar en ocasiones, también la llevé al dealer y dicen que no se presenta nada irregular.

My Santa Cruz looks great as evidenced by the number of people who ask me about it. The enginering of the power train is simply inspired on my turbo charged 8 speed Limited vershion. The driving mode selector makes good use of this power train.

Night Edition is great

I love my Night Edition Santa Cruz. The gas milage is great and the truck is not too small or too big to make if fun. I wish I had gotten the leather seats but I got seat covers so that did not become a problem
