Broken items.

The key fob does not work, the doors do not unlock when in park, as programmed. The seatbelt buckle beeps for 5 minutes even when in park.

Nice vehicle ride, room and accessories, very few issues thus far.

MPG needs to improve, local is less than 20 mpg and highway is less than 25 mpg. Also, there have been times the sensor stays on even when nothing is near the vehicle. I will bring the issue to the attention of the service center during my next visit.

Top Quality Car

We had the 2025 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy for a year before we traded it in on a 2026 Hybrid Palisade Caligraphy. The 2025 Palisade was the best car we've ever owned. It was very comfortable, had a smooth ride, plenty of power, and the best safety features on the market. The interior was roomy and the features non the Caligraphy trim were overwhelming. That car did everything. The younger generations will love the features, yet I've found the features easy to use as a baby boomer. Overall a great car.

Functionality great, concerning recalls

I truly like the drive, functionality and use of the Palisade but the recalls have me concerned about the overall safety of the vehicle. This is my daily car for 3 kids and both the second row seatbelts have an active recall as well as the third row airbag recall. Neither recall has a current fix and it's concerning to be driving around my kids in this car with features that could potential jeopardize their safety.

Don’t buy.

I hate this car. It’s loud. The car tries to control the steering and braking even when I don’t want it to. It tells whoever is driving to “consider taking a break” for no reason. My dad is the safest driver on the planet - it told him to “take a break” after only driving 5 miles. The digital key/app doesn’t work 75% of the time. It will tell me the car is unlocked but won’t actually unlock. Left out in the cold, trying to get in the car - no fun!

Palisade 2025

Good vehicle. Lacks some pickup in the engine, also a bit whinny. Great warranty, but it will be needed as reliability is a bit suspect. Have used warranty on our 2021 on several occasions before 60k (front and rear collision sensors, leaking oil due to bad gasket seal, plus others).

Overall Good

I like the size of the car. It is a comfortable ride. Weird things happen to the car which makes me happy that I did not purchase it - the technology glitches, the wheel locks when I am starting to drive after being in a full stop, the handle stopped sensing my key, 3 recalls, the back windshield wiper stopped working. That being said, the service center has remediated most of the issues.

Overall Very Satisfied

Overall I love the look and performance of my 2025 Hyundai Palisade. There are a couple things that I don't like. Not sure if its normal or an issue with this particular model, but when I'm in a drive through line on a curve the steering locks up and perks making a loud sound. It does it every time I'm in a drive through lane. Also, if I'm on a slight hill or incline and put the car in drive, the whole car jerks and and it literally sounds like the transmission is dropping out.
