I bought this in 2024. Have multiple recalls. Safety is an issue. Abs is wonky and makes a grunt sound sometimes. No power folding mirrors.

Beautiful and comfortable but has had some shortfallings.

When we bought this car it was the most expensive car we've ever had. Beautiful 2024 Callegraphy AWD. The first issue we had was you cannot roll the driver side window down while moving because when you roll it up it goes off track so your rear seat passenger has to open the window, reach out and forward and push the door glass inward or you have to stop. The paint chips easily. More than any other car I've had. Lots of trim issues. All four door handles the chrome is peeling off. The special accent light on the tailgate that only Callegraphy's has is coming off. At 38K the water pump went out and left us stranded in Abilene. Now I have a stack of recalls, one about the 3rd row seat being unsafe for passengers along with a list of things waiting to take to the dealer (that's another story, our dealer visits are usually horrible) I am seriously wishing we'd looked at other cars. That said we love how it rides, decent fuel economy, plenty of power and room and it's very sexy for a big SUV.

Best Vehicle for a family

I can't say enough things about this vehicle. For starters, it has probably twice the features of a "luxury" vehicle that costs twice as much. As a busy mom of 3 very active kids, I love all of the features. There are some that aren't even offered on other vehicles. The safe exist assist is a big one that I appreciate with my kids. The intercom to talk to my kids in the back is actually super helpful. I like that I have 2 favorite buttons that can take me directly to the features I use most. There are just so many small, detail things, that really make it a great family vehicle. It also happens to be very stylish. The BlueLink app is also amazing. There are actually so many features that I actually DO USE from the app.

Great looking SUV

Great looking vehicle from the different trim lines. I have the calligraphy and the upgrades are very nice. Love the 3rd row and easy to control using the buttons in the back and controls on the panel. The only item that needs changing is the gas mileage....horrible gas mileage.

Comfort meets practicality

When you’re looking for one vehicle that does it all, this one fits the bill. I love the third-row pop up with the automatic seats, the overall storage and hauling capacity, the second row captain chairs with climate control, the all-around comfort and maneuverability of the car.

I love my Palisade. It is smaller than my 2005 Tahoe, but has enough room for passengers, groceries, and luggage. In 2024, it thought it was a bit pricy, but I am enjoying the gas mileage and all the bells and whistles.
