We love our Palisade

We purchased a 24 SEL Premium FWD and couldn't be happier. It drives and feels like a luxury vehicle. It rides smoothly and is a pleasure to drive. Love all the features, especially the lane change cameras and the parking cameras. The drive assist works really well. We haven't had any mechanical issues and have consistently topped 28 mpg with many tanks being 30+ mpg. The flexibility of the interior seating and storage is great. Car seats for the grandkids install easily. Love the small rear trunk for groceries. Only minor complaint is the driver profile set up. A profile is not tied to a remote so the info screen asks on most cold starts which profile should be selected. Other vehicles we've had have automatically adjusted seat and mirrors to the detected remote.

Great but has known glitches that no one addresses

We love the vehicle. It's comfortable with quite a few features that rival some of the luxury brands. However, things like the bluetooth and home connect (garage door) do not work reliably. We have tried everything to program our garage door to this vehicle. This is not something we have had issues with on previous Hyundais. It shows that it programs, but then does not work. Also, in general, service is not very good at the dealership, and no one really wants to bother with assisting us on something like the programming.

I love my Palisade! This is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. It’s smooth, comfortable and my children love it. You do have to be careful, the ride is so good it’ll put you to sleep!

Solid, Quiet, Comfortable

Has been reliable to date. Feels very solid and secure. Quiet and comfortable. Well thought out. There's nothing design-wise I'd change in the interior. The prominent grill is the only exterior issue, and this has been changed in the current design. Versatile electronics, but complicated to try to figure out and remember. Wish they were simpler.
