Disappointed

Initial total engine recall. Took months to resolve. Manufacturer was difficult to communicate with, my customer manager at Hyundai, would not consider a loaner even though the vehicle was not drivable and they had no replacement engines. The dealer provided a loaner. My customer service manager at Hyundai refused to provide me a contact number for the manufacturing department, which she identified as the department that could solve my problems!!!! Never again will I buy a Hyundai product. They eventually installed new engine however the recall and defect drove the vehicles resale value down. I just received another recall, this one for faulty seat belts. You truly get what you pay for.

Azera owner for over 350,000 miles . Visited Hyundai S.korea. worked on powertrain components for the NF senata, know the design team. Disappointed in my purchase.

New car experience

The vehicle is great, and runs well. I do have a couple issues that needs attention under the warranty. Back seat belt not wing, front fender made from plastic paint chipping, and tire sensor not working.

2024 Palisade

Nice car, the electronics are great, best I have ever seen. Sometimes a little over whelming. The only downside, besides the price, is gear shifting. It's a little hesitant, it doesn't shift as fast as I would like.

Workmen ship

My drivers seat (back side) popped out No idea how this could happen, I have no little kids., Next oil change I will have them repair it -automatic start doesn’t start unless I’m literally right next to it- range it very short -engine doesn’t shift great

Noisy sunroof

The sunroof appears to be a problematic feature for Hyundai and Genesis since this is the second one requiring repairs. Unfortunately the Hyundai repair took more than three months to be resolved while the Genesis took even longer. Not a good start for what was the most expensive Hyundai SUV.

Decent value for the money/horrific dealer experience continues

The car is pretty decent. No major issues 2 years / 24000 miles in. The dealership experience including service remains as miserable as before and is the major factor forcing my family to switch brands once our lease is up in 18 months on both.
