I Am A Hyundai Fan

I started with a Santa Fe after I got rid of my company car which I had for 15+ years. It was a great car, but just not large enough. I moved on to a Palisaide and loved it. I kept it for 2 years and traded it in on a newer one. I very much like my vehicle. It rides well. After something bounced up and hit it on the expressway, I took it to the dealership for repair. They had it for 40ish days. I got it back and some of it seems to be normal. There are still issues, but the local dealership says it is fine. They are wrong. So, I love the Palisaide...but I'm changing dealerships. The sales guy...Ernest, was wonderful and I hate to not do business with him. Danielle in the service department is wonderful as well. The rest...really frustrating. Their lack of concern for a customer who has bought 3 vehicles from them in less than 5 years and whose car they kept for 40ish days...not okay.

Lots of luxuries with a serious SAFETY HAZARD

Vehicle has lots of wonderful bells and whistles.. that being said.. the windshield wiper system doesn't work well for being left out in a Midwestern winter. Causes the blades to not work before and or during driving session. Which is NOT safe especially when on the interstate getting salt kicked at your windshield.. this happened NUMEROUS times.

The Palisade is not only comfortable, spacious and luxurious, it is also Great Looking, I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve received about this vehicle, the look, the ride, people just love being in it. The features are limitless. It took me a while to learn them all.

Love my Palisade.

Really have enjoyed the Palisade. Super comfortable ride. Great gas mileage and the versatility to haul virtually any thing we need. Interior is roomy, seats are comfortable, controls are easy to read, convenient and not confusing like other vehicles we tested. Fit and finish are top notch. Power is more than sufficient and engine noise is almost nonexistent.
