My Review

It is a little early to truly give a review but here is what I think after driving the Palisade for one year. Pretty comfortable for being a non-luxury vehicle. I just wish it was standard across all makes and models for the edge of the seat to extend. Hard to comment on build quality after one year but so far so good. Again hard to review a vehicle after driving for only a year but performance is solid, it is semi-fun to drive. It is no Track Hawk. It has a ton of bells and whistles. My favorite is the adaptive cruise control. I believe the vehicle is great value. It is the most luxurious car I have ever owned. Love the styling in both interior and exterior. As for reliability...only had it a year but again....so far so good. I would be very surprised if this car made it to 250,000 miles before a major replacement (transmission, brakes, electrical, etc).

So far, so good

I'm generally happy with the vehicle, I'm taking a star off for the dealership, I only used the first three of my complimentary scheduled services up to approx. 20K miles. In that time simply getting service was a complete sh*t show at the dealership, appointment times mean very little, getting someone to greet you and get you started is an adventure there's always some internal issue going on with the dealership. On the third service I was being "sold" items and services I did not need yet, so I've paid for the last two services at my local mechanic, where I take my other vehicles, it's night and day.

Great vehicle

We purchased the vehicle to have more room traveling as our kids are older and much taller. They needed more space to stretch out on long trips and this vehicle has allowed that. It is exceptional ride with great features. We have been very pleased with the comfort of travel and added features. The smart cruise does occasionally mwss up in curves.

Near luxury with a couple of flaws

I traded in a nearly new BMW X5 due to lack of comfort. The Palisade is a fine replacement except for some niggling quality issues and a lackluster service department experience.
