The heads up stopped working over a year ago and the dealership could not figure out why. Air conditioner is inconsistent

Great vehicle with a few shortcomings

I really like my Palisade Sel Limited. Got a great deal on 2024 when the 2025’s were coming out. My few complaints would be 1- the auto off mode when stopped, this mode is on when you crank up & YOU have to press button to cut that feature off & it should be other way around, this feature puts unnecessary stress on the starter & engine. 2- For the model I purchased in this price range it should come standard with 360 cameras that record in case of accident, too many road ragers out there & people brake checking you in hopes of big insurance payouts. 3- The ride quality should be smoother for such a long wheelbase & there are times I feel every bump/hole on the road but it’s not intolerable. Even though after just over 1 year of ownership I only have about 8100 miles on it & satisfied with my purchase & tell others of my experience & satisfaction with the Palisade.

Overall happy with the vehicle

Overall it has been a great vehicle. However, there a couple of minor issues that have happened that are concerning. The door lock/unlock sensor on the drivers door sometimes doesn't work. I usually can't get the door sensor to lock the vehicle when I use my thumb on lock spot. Sometimes I to press my thumb on the spot 5-6 times to get vehicle to lock. Also, when using my hand to open the drivers door, the sensor doesn't work to open the vehicle.

Great Features

I got the Palisade Limited. Captain Chairs in 2nd Row are Fantastic. Car has great safety features (cameras). Snow Mode & Sport Mode come in handy when needed. I just wish it had a digital rear view mirror.
