Great with some first world problems

Love my car. Attractive, spacious, easy to drive, it just has 2 things that annoy me and 1 thing that will eventually drive me insane - hopefully someone will read this review and reach out to me to educate me about what I’m doing wrong because I don’t know why you would design these features this way.

On target

After doing my due diligence, I am very pleased with my Pallisade SEL Premium. It has met or exceeded my expectations. At 23.9 MPG overall, a way to get that up a bit would be appreciated. I highly recommend the Pallisade.

Road Noise, Comfortable Ride, Radio Screen

Vehicle ride has not been the same when I first bought it. You can feel everything on the road as well as a lot of road noise for a vehicle with only 17,000 miles. The display screen for a functions does not stay on the screen when you turn the vehicle off and restart. Every trip I have to reset the screen for radio.

The 2020 was way better

The 2020 was way better it had more space, it seem to be bigger. The seats would come all the back in the front the only thing I seen a difference with the camera and hot and cold buttons. And the 24’ eats up gas like crazy!!!!

Car is great! Customer service, not so much.

We purchased our Palisade from Shottenkirk Hyundai in Canton, GA in May 2024. Upon driving away (after dealership was closed) we noticed a scratch in the leather of the steering wheel. We were assured by the dealership that they would make sure it was repaired at the local Hyundai (Hampton Hyundai in Ft. Walton Beach, FL). Months of constantly asking when it would be taken care of and making sure they got the quote from the local dealership came up empty. The management team continuously avoided our calls and more than a year later, still no resolution. I even submitted a complaint/case to Hyundai Motor USA and still no resolution. Likely the last time we purchase a Hyundai based on the customer experience alone. A shame, because the Palisade is nice.
