Very solid and composed.

It feels like a luxury car. Rides very well with a quiet and composed ride. My only concern is the number of engine problems I hear about Hyundai and Kia. Hyundai seems to step up to the plate and resolve problems when they happen. Keep it up.

Overall quality is quite satisfactory, technology is confusing, tutorials are inconvenient and hard to comprehend. Maybe a You Tube video that shows easy procedural steps for the tech illiterates like myself. This is not isolated to your vehicle. I’m sure most new vehicles are just as confusing, BUT I purchased yours and as such your constituents should have it easier to use. It would make for a great selling feature.

I've had five cars. This is by far my favorite

This is the first new car I've ever owned. The interior features are easy to use. The ride is comfortable not only for driver but also for those in the second row.

I drive clients to the airport and back about 45 miles each way. I have put 140k miles on in 19 months. I have replaced tires once (get the Kumba). All regular services and oil changes and it’s running like a champ. Clients constantly comment on the comfort, high quality, and look and I rave about the gas mileage along with the dependability and service team excellence. I will buy another.

Must have Car of every year

Do not miss out on this car. I have the top-of-the-line version of this SUV. I tested 7 other 3rd row options and have not regrated my choice. From the driver massage chair and the adjustment in the lumbar support after driving over an hour. to the adjustments of the 2nd and 3rd row seating. i've fit so much in this car.

Best SUV Created on the Road

Best vehicle I have purchased in a long time compared to my Hyundai Azera. Love both vehicles, both it took many years to find a SUV that was more worthy than other SUVs. I am very satisfied with my vehicle.

Love my Palisade!

The Palisade has been a great vehicle for me after 20 years of driving a mini van. I didn’t want something too big but still wanted the space for 5+ people and cargo. Interior features that were non- negotiable - cargo net and a place for my purse. This was the only SUV that has storage in the driver console area to put away a purse. The one thing I want is more cup holders. The mini van had two extra that folded down from the backside of the center console (so they were “on” the floor for use by the 2nd row passengers. This could easily be included in the Palisade design. Also, the door storage is not wide enough to hold anything larger than a standard 16oz water bottle and it’s angled. Would love more space in the door to accomodate larger cups and umbrellas.
