Excellent Product & Purchase

I did a lot of online and dealer visits to find the vehicle that met my expectations, particularly the rear seat leg room. We are planning road trips in our future often with other couples. The Palisade won our vote, There are many options out there, but the overall best in category was Hyundair, I was and am impressed with the company's rise in designs, warranties and customer service.

The XRT Trim is a great ride and value!

I'm really enjoying my Palisade XRT so far. The buying experience was great and the car drives beautifully. Hyundai is really the best car value on the market - safety and reliability are top notch!! There are a few features that I miss having: memory seats (not standard), auto closing side mirrors (not standard), and the standard sounds system is not great.

Love the look outside and inside

Great vehicle just wish the exterior mirror's were power folding. I love the styling of the vehicle outside and inside and the performance. I wish the car had the panoramic roof instead of the 1 small opening over the front seat and the 1 large glass panel for the back 2 rows.

1st Hyundai

After researching for vehicles the size we needed, we chose the Santa Fe. Because of the recent recalls and past years engine/transmission problems, we rated it as 4 stars. As we just got the vehicle, the jury is 'still out', but hoping we have one that lives up to the high expectation of the Hyundai brand. Our Dealer (Fred Beans/Langhorne PA) was fantastic.

Great choice

Month into ownership and back to the shop

I really liked the Palisade. We have had it for less than 2 months and it is in the shop. The drivers airbag is malfunctioning and the part is on back order and they dont know when it will be fixed.

Great SUV with a slightly unpowered engine

Except for a slightly unpowered engine and low fuel economy, the vehicle is great. It looks stunning inside and out. It has physical buttons for the most used, crucial things and not the touchscreen nonsense when unnecessary. It drives well. My offsprings love the sunroof. It drove well during heavy rains.

Luxury vehicle with amazing technology

I had no idea I even wanted a Hyundai, but after comparing to a Kia, I knew the Hyundai was for me. The interior luxury was superior to the Kia and the technology package is amazing! I am completely smitten with this car!

Very pleased with the vehicle good value for the cost. Has everything that I need. Very comfortable ride. It has a lot of room for my two kids. Would definitely recommend this vehicle to friend or family. Was very pleased with the dealership we purchased it from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They called several times after the purchase to make sure everything was going okay. They explained all the options and showed how to operate them.

Perfect Luxury for the Modern Family

If you are looking for an amazing, luxurious family vehicle look no further. The Hyundai Palisade checks all the boxes and some you probably didn’t know you had. We opted for the Calligraphy trim and have been blown away with all the luxury features like the ergonomic seats, the camera rear view mirror, and the HDA2. We already took our Palisade on a long road trip and the HDA made driving a breeze. The navigation was very intuitive and very user friendly both through manual controls and voice. Every time we park somewhere people stop and look. It looks good from every angle. The interior is absolutely stunning. I just can not say enough about the Hyundai Palisade and would recommend this vehicle over and over again. Definitely a 10/10!!!

Vehicle drives very smoothly considering my previous car was a MBENZ. My only concern is that there is not enough leg room and that needs to be corrected. This is applicable to both driver and passenger side of the vehicle.

So far so good

Big enough for the family with plenty of power and comfort. If you need 7 seats with second row captains chairs there’s not many offered at this price point. 2023 exterior styling update makes it look at least as good as the telluride and is easier to find without a market adjustment. Spacious. Comfy. Excellent for long trips.

So far very good

Did a lot of research- it came out on top for most of my requirements - hard to find a vehicle- disappointed that many we looked at came with black interior which we did not want. Supply chain very poor. Finally found what we wanted 318 miles away. All dealers are on allotment. They should have a larger selection of exterior colors. Charged $2000.00 over list ? dealership was very good - knowledgeable-Friendly-explained features which we to many to absorb in one setting. The car is expensive anyway and then charge an additional fee not right. The dealer in St. George suggested I put $1000.00 non refundable deposit Dow and wait however long it took to get a vehicle. Not a good idea.

2023 Hyundai palisade calligraphy

Overall we are still in love with our vehicle and know that overtime vehicles get worn and torn. This vehicle has every feature you can think of. But still doesn’t have automatic fold mirrors. Especially for the top of the line. Besides all that the car drives amazing and smooth. Have taken it on a couple road trips and has performed phenomenally.

Summary

I love my new car, it’s amazing in most of the areas I would still recommend it to everyone. There are a few points that I mentioned in the survey earlier and the summary is below. - Hitch installation has been a problem. Hynduai has not released its own hitch system due to fire hazard and I was told my 10 yrs warranty will be compromised if I install another company’s hitch. What do I do now I really need to use the car for towing? - Beige seats get discolored easily with any type of jeans, a problem hundreds of people have reported online - Side mirrors should have been automatically folding with engine turning off, I expired this feature with the price and trim level we have (calligraphy) - Wi-Fi never worked for me - Driver side third row does not have hooks for child car seat installation - Front sunroof could have had a button to control the interior cover instead of need for pulling it backwards manually - Gas mileage is not as good as I would expect
