Great experience with Jequan our salesman. He was very attentive to our needs from purchase to delivery. He was the most thorough salesman we have ever dealt with. Upon delivery he explained every option to us. The car was delivered clean inside and out. Any other staff thar we came in contact with at Winner Hyundaiwere very helpful.

Getting additional key programed for my car
They lack quality control and follow through. I have went to them six different times to try to get a key fob programmed. I thought it was something simple to get a key fob programmed. However, they kept telling me that it was bad key fobs that I purchased from them. The last visit they now said it was the computer in the car and had to contact ford customer service and would call me. Although, they didn’t call me nor have contacted me to keep me informed throughout this painful process. I spoke with Chuck a customer service rep and he kept telling me that he would call back and never did. I was told that to replace the computer in the car it would be another $400 just for parts and no guarantee that they would be able to program my keep. I asked them, if it was the computer wouldn't my current key would and was told I do not know by the service tech. I asked to be refunded my money and Chuck for over 2 weeks kept telling me that he needed to check with the manager. How long does it take to check with the manager? I called on 9/21/2022 and was informed that they were not going to refund any of my money. I currently waiting to hear back from the manager (Patrick) but more than likely will have to report it to my credit card service. I was charged for a service that they could not or did not provide. In addition, refuse to refund my money for the key and/or service charges. I only went to them because I have a Ford vehicle but it will not happen again.

My 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL
My spouse and I recently took delivery from Winner Hyundai
On 5/13/22. Cudos to our Sales person Joquan Davis. No sales pressure or upselling services. Most impressed with his detailed knowledge and explanation of the car features. T.in Finance had all doc u sign papers ready for us. The process went extremely fast and efficiently. I highly recommend this dealer.
Calab was amazing from the first point of contact. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and never made me feel rushed. Him and Ryan were an amazing team and are doing Hyundai many favors. They were neither arrogant nor rude. Highly impressed with Calab and Ryan’s customer service and the way they really sat and worked with us
We moved to DE in 2000. I had a 1987 Camaro. We were interested in Hyundai and so went to then Winner Ford. We dickered a bit on the price I wanted and got a good response re my Chevy Camaro and have been Hyundai owners for 20+ years.
Service is great and every Hyundai we have gotten was right off the showroom floor except our current one…we ordered what we wanted and it arrived in a timely fashion.
Everyone I worked with made the process easy. Charles was knowledgeable, courteous, attentive and more than willing and able to anticipate and answer questions.

Everyone in the dealership was kind and courteous. The salesman, Jequan, was very attentive to our needs and went out of his way to get us the best deal. He also went over the entire car with us and made sure we knew how to use all the features.
I've been with Hyundai a little over 20 years. Over the years, I've recommended Hyundai to family members and friends in DE and PA. I've come to depend on their product and their expertise on their product. However, due to the COVID, I expected a slight decline in the price of the product.
I purchased a new vehicle recently and Winner Hyundai made it easy and very pleasant. We had to wait a short time for the car to arrive but when it came they made sure it was completely prepared for its new owners. The salesman spent a great deal of time with us making sure we were comfortable with all the new things on the car and set up an appointment with the service department for us and a loaner to add a few things we wanted.The entire dealership has assisted us in any department that could help us. It has been a very positive experience and definitely one I would recommend.
