Everyone in the dealership was kind and courteous. The salesman, Jequan, was very attentive to our needs and went out of his way to get us the best deal. He also went over the entire car with us and made sure we knew how to use all the features.
I've been with Hyundai a little over 20 years. Over the years, I've recommended Hyundai to family members and friends in DE and PA. I've come to depend on their product and their expertise on their product. However, due to the COVID, I expected a slight decline in the price of the product.

Sales Representative was extremely knowledgeable on the availability and pricing of the various models and styles. Answered all of our questions without hesitation and having to look in a book for answers. Very easy to work with and completed our dealing extremely quick. Appreciated all the information he supplied plus suggested a couple of things we didn't know about. Have and will continue to deal with this company as long as we need a vehicle.
I had 2 main concerns. I got a call from Rob Hall and spoke to him about my concerns. He listened and said he would look into get answers and see what he could do. I went in after work that day and spoke to him in person. He explained and answered. He also offered at no charge to extend my warranties. I left feeling I was listened to and satisfied with answers and the extensions.

Skeptical
I'm skeptical of the extended warranty and of the finance.
I've purchased Hyundai several times and definitely would recommend them. Salesman was nice and courteous.
I left a message with I believe his name is Rob Hall, sales manager, for a call and never received one.
Not professional or acceptable, very disappointing.
