Excellent quality work, customer service and the staff is superb. IF you are new to ATX, this is the place to get Auto repairs
Superb service, quality and priced right. No shade trees.
IF you're new to the ATX or not, this is as good as it gets.
The staff is friendly and most important, gets the job done on time. They stand behind their warranty as well.

Excellent customer service, repair, and maintenance!
Absolutely without question the best auto repair and maintenance facility in Austin.
Tech1 works hard to satisfy your immediate needs. For nearly 20 years and 8 family card, they have NEVER failed to deliver quality and they do so with consideration, thorough inspection and much professionalism - above and beyond. IF you are not a "car person", they can always be trusted for their honesty and integrity.

Great service
I brought my car in for an oil change and a few other minor tune-ups, and was very pleased with Tech One’s service. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the guys were super nice. Another unexpected bonus was getting a ride home from one of the guys in the office since I wasn’t able to wait in the shop while the work was done. Excellent customer service!

A top notch place to get car service and repairs
Brought my car to fix a serious electrical problem. It took longer than they initially estimated to pinpoint what’s wrong, but they managed to find and fix two separate short circuits on the same day. The total repair cost was fair and the guys were very professional. They also provide a great warranty on their work. Easily one of the best places for car service and repairs in town! Keep up the good work!

Good oil change, pleasant people
I just needed an oil change, and Tech One was close. They couldn't see me immediately, but took my name and made an appointment for later that day (which I could have done by phone; not their fault they were busy). It took longer than a place that only does oil changes, but the waiting room is pleasant and the cost was fair for a good oil change. They did a thorough inspection of my car, as well, and listed things they noticed might need future work, but never made a hard sell to get me to do them immediately, or even with them. When one of those things inevitably does go pear shaped on my car, I'll bring it back here and see how it goes.

I had an appmt. My vehicle was serviced promptly and well for a very reasonable price. Friendly staff. Very minor blip: the wifi in the waiting area was temporarily out of service.
