Excellent Service and Highly Recommended!
I left my car with them, and they were incredibly responsible. Their customer service is excellent, and they offer good prices for their services. I highly recommend them! Plus, they have Spanish-speaking staff, which is a huge plus.

Excellent service
Made an online appointment for routine oil change service and as always they did a great job efficiently. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Nowhere else I would bring my car for service and maintenance.

Quick courteous service
RVing through the round rock area. I did not have a lot of time to leave my tow vehicle ( somewhere for many days. After a short conversation with a service advisor, I took my truck there where they promptly looked at it, discovered it was not anything major and had me out the door within a few hours. The staff was very accommodating, super friendly, and easy to deal with. I would absolutely take GAD on the road with me if it was possible. I will be using them again in the future since round rock is where my grandkids are.

Communication and Quickness!
Shane was very communicative throughout the beginning stages of the repairs. It was our first time using Genuine Automotive and he assured us that it would be quick and seamless. He was right! In the service department, Steve was on top of getting approval, a quote, and lead time for the part needed. I was updated often and once the part arrived, the repair was completed in just an hour! We will definitely use them again for our service needs.
