The only shop I’ll ever take my vehicle too.
Car maintenance along with breakdowns are never fun and trying to find a great shop is also never fun. However, this shop goes above and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle. From great customer service to mechanics doing amazing work this shop has it all. Words cannot express how much I recommend you take your vehicle here. Oak Knoll Automotive is the best shop in the Austin area hands down.

Best service on a long time.

Courteous and honest
Oak Knoll Automotive was recommended to me a few years ago. I took my vehicle in for a brake job and was happy with the work, quality of parts and the honesty of their pricing. They never try to upsell on unnecessary. I recommend you try them out.

Great level of detail to what they check and charge
My son goofed and forgot to put on his gas cap which triggered a check engine light. I rushed his car there given our tight schedule. They realized the issue quickly and did not shove a huge diagnostic fee on me. They are very practical on what to charge and deliver quality work.

Solid guys doing great work

Quick & Easy Service and Support
Oak Knoll Automotive has been my go to auto shop for over 2 years now. They have great service, hospitality and set clear expectations. I brought my car in day for the 4th with engine issues. Eric got it checked in and let me know they will take a look at it asap and get back to me with a quote and timeline. He called back an hour later and told me the issues and let me know he could get it done the same day. Car was ready for pickup at 2:30pm all ready to go. Great people, quick service and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend them to other needing auto services

Went above and beyond
I brought my jeep in thinking I had transmission problems. Eric went as far to take it to a transmission shop to have it looked at when they couldn’t find any problems because he knew something wasn’t right. After the transmission checked out, he did a thorough inspection and found out that my brakes and calipers were the culprit. I have never experienced someone going above and beyond with customer service like this! Oak Knoll was recommended to me by someone else who also experiences this level of service on a regular.

Communication Issue
We had a communication on phone to do two major work on the Oddessey and the price is those where agreed.

The engineer did all the work without checking.
I did day before yesterday all the fluid flush ( break, power steering, and other maintance item 700$ worth). The engineer did all the work again without checking the quality of the fluids. This is a 700$ work of work redone. It is definitely a frustration and dissatisfaction.

Also when I first came they told they will give me the estimate in an hour but I have to call again a day after and follow up. Not professional if you cannot get to the estimate, I would’ve appreciated a call that is the reason I went ahead and did all the maintenance item elsewhere.
