Thank you for the 5 star survey. I apologize for the car wash inconveinence but our current location is temporary until our new facility opens in Sept of 2018. It will have a full car wash. Due to lack of space at this temporary location we are not able to wash as many cars as we like. On your next visit ask your advisor that you would prefer to have your vehicle washed here. Hyundai Roadside Assistance and Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha
I was in a minor accident. The engine was making some odd noises, and at times shaking, I called Hyundai's Roadside assistance, and was towed to Woodhouse Hyundai in Omaha. I was fearing the worst, but it turns out the exhaust had been pushed forward, and off the hangars, which was causing some back pressure, Woodhouse identified the issue, and quickly resolved the issue, for a very reasonable price. I would definitely go back if I need service again,.

As we discussed in our early phone conversation the correct plugs were installed in your Hyundai. The plugs are Genuine Hyundai Original Equipment Manufacturer replacement plugs made especially for you vehicle. We look forward to seeing your for your next tuneup in 100,000 miles.

Regarding you concern about "Hope they are using Hyundai items" unless requested by the customer we use Factory OEM parts.

I have always been extremely happy in regards to Woodhouse Hyundai addressing the variety of needs the 2017 Santa Fe has or may have in the future. Josh is a qualified service tech and has helped answer all of my queries and he is thorough in regards to the variety of service needs that may creep up from time to time. He informed me regarding the recent recall and was most helpful in addressing the ventilation system and the changing of the Hepa filter.

Warranty service and oil change. Prompt and effective.
Nice work, and fixed a small rattle that was bothering me which another dealer did not, along with another minimal warranty fix (rear window sunshade didn't fit right, new one installed and fits great), and a regular oil change. I'm driving a 2005 Hyundai Genesis, really like the car and like it more now as Woodhouse did a nice job of addressing my rather minor concerns.

First time using Woodhouse service. Something went wrong and it wtill is not corrected.
I am not sure if I will ever use Woodhouse again. The door is better than it was after the first time but I would like it returned to its preservice condition.

I apologize for the inconvienence. I was the gentleman that adjusted the door the day you came in. I think it would be a good idea to have our body shop look at it to make the proper repair. Our body shop is located at 66th & L st. It is behind the Mazda store. They do body repairs to all makes including Hyundai, Porsche,Lincoln Mercury to name a few. When would be a good time to have them look at it?

The people are very friendly, nice, polite and they open the doors for you when you leave. Only thing is I don't drink coffee, if they had tea bags for tea totters that would be nice. Also if they had coupons for services that would help those of us on limited funds. Otherwise this is a great place to get your car serviced.

Your tea bag suggestion is a great one and will be done. So simple I don't know how we missed it. Shortly you will start receiving coupons in the mail. We just recently implemented our direct mailing program. You can also go on-line to Woodhousehyundai.com, select service special tab, there you will find coupons for services.
