Thank you for the 4 star survey. I am sorry that we could not wash your vehicle, we are currently leasing this facility until our new building is completed in September of 2018. Due to our rapid growth there is not enough space to wash vehicles which is the reason we are currently giving wash tokens.

Not going back
Took over 8 hours to look at my vehicle, then did not have the option for rush delivery of the part due to the time of the day. Damaged the lining inside my car door for the diagnosis when there was no need to do so. Wanted $500 to fix something when the part was less than $100 and took less than 30 minutes to fix. Very high diagnosis fees that are not deducted from the cost if you choose to have the repairs done. Next vehicle will NOT be purchased from them, and I'm not happy that they bought the Hyundai business from Baxter.
