Our LED tail light above the trunk had burned out.

Exceptional!
I only service my car at Woodhouse Hyundai - Josh Ridparh has been my service guy for a while now and he’s personable and does his job extremely well! He communicates and really works with the customers. The whole staff is great. Sean, the driver, is funny and knows his way around town! I am very thankful Hyundai offers this courtesy shuttle. I love my Hyundai. It’s been a great car!

Convenient to me, organized, clean, and efficient.
I made an appointment to research a modest engine noise. 2011 Elantra, 94K miles. The service department analyzed the complaint, researched the service history of our car, contacted Hyundai corporate, and announced (much to our surprise) that we qualified not only for a no charge repair under the terms of the 100,000 mile drive train warranty, but that Hyundai had determined that a replacement engine was quicker and more cost effective than an entire engine tear-down. So...a newly rebuilt engine at 94,000 miles? I'm in! Woodhouse provided a new, clean loaner for the entire time, handled everything efficiently and on-time, and treated us very well.

Learned two life lessons: Hyundai enforces their lengthy warranty, and Woodhouse values their customers. We are elated with both.
