Very clean new building
Very clean, but too expensive for maintenance. Only reason I came in was for a recall, but was offered a 60k maintenance on the car for $700. I can do it myself for $150.

Maybe it was too new
I had my oil changed at the new location that had only been open a few days. I was a little disappointed in the waiting room amenities. I was expecting a TV or at least a better selection of magazines. There were no vending machines and the coffee machine had a note that it was out of hot chocolate. I've been to waiting area that had cookies or doughnuts and even free soda machines. For a new location I thought there would be more.

Friendly and listened to our needs and wants.
Our car buying experience was very easy. Our salesman (Christian) listened to what we were wanting from our next vehicle and worked with us. He let us work at our own pace and wasn't pushy nor just trying to make a sale. We felt listened to and respected.
