Anonymous, thank you for reaching out and letting us know about your experience. You were correct, the advisor that worked with you hasn't been on our team as long as some of the others.
However, the information that they provided was correct. All warranty concerns have to be verified by a certified Ford technician and then submitted to Ford. As a dealer, we do our best to advocate for our customers but at the end of the day, the ultimate decisions are made by Ford if they decide that it is a warrantable concern.
We hear your frustration and will work with the team to train further and continue to advocate on behalf of our customers for all warranty concerns.
