Very satisfied with Christian and the service department.
I went in with what I thought was just a sensor or plug issue. After they looked at and inspected my car, they found another problem that could have been worse if left undetected. They needed my car for 4 days therefore putting me in a rental. Paying for a rental, even at the lower rate, was not ideal, thankfully Christian was able to get this covered with my warranty. The only thing I would have changed, would have been to get in sooner than a month out. Definitely pleased and will be back!

The guys did an excellent job taking care of me! This time they were super friendly and kind. They did vacuum out my vehicle which is something that you guys had stopped doing as part of your service. Going a little above and beyond actually makes your customers feel appreciated when they are visiting your site. Thank you for the excellent service. Helpful service personnel
I had the blower motor replaced, the rear driver side door repaired, an oil change, they found and repaired a broken lug stud, and they had to repair the front driver side door which was found to be unable to be opened at the time of pickup so I had to wait for that to be repaired, a little untimely. Also had them install a new air filter which was mentioned to me upon arrival for pickup. I would have liked to have known this prior to arrival. I got a break on their standard door repair fee for the front driver side door since it happened as the service guy tried to enter into the cab to hand it over to me. Happy so far with final results. I don't drive the vehicle very much so we will see.

The guys in shop told me my car would be done at 11:30, it was done. They communicated with me effectively about what they were doing with my care, they answered my questions without making me feel dumb. They were kind, fast, and affordable.
