I have never given ANY dealership service department a positive review until now. I needed a repair
that only a Hyundai dealership could complete. I live 3 hours from the nearest Hyundai dealership. I called the parts department and asked them to order the part I needed (I had been told by other dealerships the part was on backorder.) They had it in stock. I was able to schedule an appontment that was not inconvient for me. Mr. Washington at the service dest worked hard with my insurance company getting things taken care of on that end of things. The repair was done in a very short period of time, knowing I had traveled 3 hours to be there and had to wait and than drive back home. It truely felt like I was working with my local, hometown repair shop. I could not have aske for a better experience!!

I have had to come in to the dealership a couple of times and every time Mirena has been there to sav
e the day. My daughter goes to university of Saint Augustine. We live 5 hours away. So it is hard to take care of car trouble when they come up. This time my daughter hit a pop hole and popped a tire. She was able to get her in for a new tire and fix the alignment. Plus some scheduled maintenance. She went above and beyond to make sure that my daughter would be safe to travel home. I can’t thank her enough.

I stopped in at the dealership on a 100 degree day to get information on a car for my mother in law,
not what I wanted to do in the heat but I was greeted by an enthusiastic young man working as the lot attendant who was bright eyed and eager to assist me. He answered a few questions with such honesty that I valued and he showed me the way to the sales floor with a hand shake, wished me a great day and was greeted by Travis.
I met with Travis and I knew my mother in law would love the Sonata, he was awesome. My sister came back in a few days and the deal was sealed.
