Dealership ran a separate hard inquiry credit check without my permission even though I was already a
pproved through Capital One, and I specifically stated I DID NOT want them to run my credit through any other banks. They also low balled me BIG TIME on my trade in so they could offer it for sale for $4,000 more than they gave me. (They listed my trade in for hundreds more than I bought it for BRAND NEW 2 1/2 years ago!) Additionally, I STILL have not received my second key fob, which you're supposed to get when purchasing a brand new vehicle (2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited). They're no better than your typical dealership...straight con artists. Oh, and they said they "detailed" my car, but it still has residue all over the paint that I cannot get off myself. What a joke. Don't give these con artists your business.

Recently my husband and I drove our 2004 Santa Fe from Washington State to visit family in the Nampa
area. As we rolled into town, our "engine service" light came on. It was late in the day, so we waited until morning to see if we could find someone in the area to determine what the problem might be. We first took it to an Auto Zone to have it checked out. The diagnosis said that it was a transmission torque converter issue, but they couldn't do the work to fix it.
We searched the area for a Hyundai dealer, and determined that Bronco Motors was the closest to our location. When I called the service department, Grant Smith answered my call and said we could come right in, even though we didn't have an appointment.
By the time we arrived, the light had gone off, but our service technician, Cameron, went through it very thoroughly to make sure that nothing else came up.
Knowing that we had to drive it back to Washington, over a lot of hills, we were very grateful for the peace of mind that it was nothing serious and that they had been very thorough to determine that. We drove home with no more incidents.
We'd like to thank Grant and Cameron for their great service and caring! If all of the staff are as good, this is a first-rate dealership!
