, Tony, was the absolute best! Tony was transparent, with no pressure, no gimmicks, tricks, or runaround. We told him what we wanted for our trade-in, and what vehicle we wanted to buy. With a bit of number crunching, and some good old fashioned hagling, we came to a mutual agreement on a new vehicle. The acting G.M. came out of her office and sat and talked with my wife and I for 20 minutes. Totally unheard of... What a great impression she made! We were treated like family members of the Johnson Hyundai clan! Our buying experience was better than 5 star, it was stellar! We will continue to buy all our family vehicles from Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest!

I started with Burns GMC Terrain. I loved it but I returned it the day the engine started to smoke i
n their parking lot. Problems? Absolutely not! Within days, they took it back, and I left with my first Hyundai Accent without payments. That car was wonderful on gas mileage, easy to park and I drove it close to four years before I had an accident which would have cost too much to repair. Burns came with the tow truck and took me back to the show room. When every thing was settled, I purchased another Accent which I am still driving 50,000 miles later. Including today's visit, I have never had anything but excellent service, courtesy, easily made appointments, and top quality parts available when needed. Who could want anything else? PS. I don't consider myself lucky !

Accompanied my niece to pick up new Tucson. Her first experience with a new car purchase. Arrived at
scheduled time. Apparently another customer arrived 3 hours late for their appointment and they took them ahead of us. We arrived at 5 pm and didn’t get out until 8pm. Very disrespectful and disappointing. I called and left VM for sales manager and requested follow up call to discuss. Mr. Kertes couldn’t be bothered to call me back. Also we put down a substantial amount of cash on the car and was told we needed a cashiers check which we brought. Then we were told that a cashiers check would trigger a form being sent to IRS and that we could have used a personal check which would not have triggered a report. Josh was fine as a salesperson but the decision to put another customer ahead of us was made by people above him. Not a pleasant experience. Being ignored by sales manager is not okay. Also based on my recommendation to use Bowser my niece drove from north hills to purchase car here. Won’t make that recommendation again!
