I was in the Elder Hyundai dealership last week to look at a used vehicle I had found on line. Jesus
Chaires was the salesman I met with. As a long time Honda driver I was out of my element at a Hyundai dealership, but this is where I found my new ( to me ) Honda. As a senior citizen I was anxious to be out looking at cars by myself. I must say that Jesus, as well as Jon and Chris went out of their way to put me at ease. They listened patiently to all my questions and concerns, and worked with me to reach a deal I was satisfied with, and no high pressure tactics! I drove away with my new ( to me ) Honda, feeling confident I had made a good decision. I must add they had many fine looking Hyundai's as well.

I just purchased a used vehicle at this Luther Burnsville Hyundai location. It was 2014 Honda Accord.
It was a trade-in car. They made the process easy. I was able to call them to schedule an appointment to test drive the car.
The sales agent that I worked with was Roberta. I really enjoyed working with her when it came to maintenances with the vehicle. Roberta made sure everything about the Honda Accord was inspected and made sure that the vehicle passed safety inspections. The car had a safety recall, so Roberta made sure to make an appointment with Walser Honda that was nearby to make the repairs and that it passed safety inspection. Communication was easy because I could call or email her questions about the vehicle.
When the vehicle was ready to be purchased, I worked with Eric, who is the Finance Manager. He also made the process go smoothly when it came to financing the car. He told me different quotes depending on what decisions I made when it came to different packages.
I am really happy about the customer service here at this location. If you're thinking about purchasing a used car or a Hyundai vehicle at this location, you will not experience any issues with the staff. They do not pressure you and will do everything they can to make sure you get what you want and need. Thank you, Roberta and Eric!

ngine light came on and the car starting shaking she was afraid to drive it. heir service department for squeezing us in to help us out and fix the problem. When she got it back she said it drove like it was brand new, and could not believe the difference.
