A lot of vehicle for the price

This SUV gets a LOT right and there isn't much room for complaint. It handles great, has sufficient engine, and a lot of technology packed in. While sufficient the engine could be improved, I wish it leaned on the electric motor more with a bigger HEV battery for acceleration or a 6-cylinder was available. The technology is great and HDA2 is cool but does leave room for hopes that software updates improve it. The Calligraphy interior is great, very comfortable and luxurious and it's getting close to Lexus-level that I wish they went a little further to get competitive. The 3rd row design and exterior aesthetic is fantastic. The keyfob is weird and somehow almost 3 times larger than the Santa Fe keyfob from 2018, and still doesn't house the physical key - a very strange design choice I have lots of questions about. Overall my complaints are minor in the grand scheme.

My husband keeps wanting to steal my car!

I love my new Santa Fe so much. It’s a joy to drive. The safety and driver’s assist features are amazing. The color combination I got is awesome- the green and white interior is so cool. Being able to remote start with climate control in the app is the best gift ever!

New Vehicle - great experience

We purchased our new Hybrid Santa Fe from Ron Marhofer in Green from Mark Ortsheid. He has helped us with many Hyundais over the years. Mark is very knowledgeable and understands customers and their needs! We love this car! It is so smooth and quiet. It has so many new pieces of technology. Friends and family that have seen and ridden in the car love it. It has so many nice safety features too!

Nearly a perfect SUV

We traded in our 2023 Santa Fe hybrid for this 2025 model, and love almost everything about it. It's roomy, comfortable, and filled with some great features. The only thing that we have to complain about is the Highway Drive Assist mode. When using cruise control with the lane centering feature, the vehicle uses a driver-facing camera to make sure the driver is paying attention to the road. During the day, with the sun coming through the windshield, the system gives frequent false alerts because it has a hard time seeing my eyes because of the reflection off my glasses. There is an option in the setup to turn the camera off, but that option does not work yet. This renders HDA unusable for me. This feature needs to be fixed, because it would be very valuable if it's working properly.

Meets all needs and great extras

The Santa Fe Calligraphy has been great value. The fully-loaded options, such as ventilated seats and dark interior headliner, are outstanding to have at a price point below $50k. The mileage for the hybrid version is incredible for a 3 row SUV. The 3rd row seats have enough leg room for kids and shorter adults, especially if you move the 2nd row seats forward slightly from their rear-most setting (which is often our default, with car seats in each 2nd row captain's chairs).

I love this vehicle, but there's some things that needs to improve.

things that I don't like: -The HVAC system doesn't actually turn off. -I can't control the fan speed of the second row, but I can control the third row.. It makes no sense to me specially because the third row has its own controller. -I hate that I have to switch the gear to park to be able to type on the screen even if I'm completely stopped, I had a chevy before and it let me type if I was completely stopped. -I can't lock the vehicle with the remote if the vehicle is running, this is something that I was able to do in the chevy. -Sometimes when backing up it wrongly detects a car so it hard brakes the car when this happens it doesn't let me continue even if I press the brake pedal and then the gas, it stays in a complete stop this is really dangerous. -Sometimes I feel that the transmission is having issues selecting what gear to use.
