Great value and packed with use features

The Santa Fe Hybrid Limited is a great ride and gets very good mpg for a HEV its size. You can pick Sport mode for fast acceleration and aggressive handling or Eco mode to maximize mpg's if you so choose. I looked at CR-Vs, RAV4s, Mazda's SUV line, and Ford's as well. The Santa Fe Hybrid beat them all in style, interior design, and features for the price. Only downside is wireless AA / Carplay is not enabled yet (but may be in 4th QTR 2023) for trim levels with built-in Nav. Having to hook up to the car with a USB cable to get AA / Carplay defeats the purpose of having a wireless phone charger.

My time with Hyundai

I feel overall it was a great experience they got to lay off of that hard sell technique. That’s what turns people off wanting to come in. But overall the experience was great. Anyway, everybody was great.

The car runs well overall but I can not make the Apple Iphone sync with the car.

I am having too much trouble experienced in trying to find the cause of the noise at the high-speed metal hitting metal either underneath the car or at the top. Other than the Syncing of the cell phone or the exterior noise at a high speed, the car is behaving fine.

Holly, she makes it easy to buy a vehicle. And the finance department makes it easy to finance the vehicle This vehicle is going to save me lots of money driving to and from work. I'd love the color red.

Excellent vehicle overall.

Excellent car, so far. Missing couple features, CD player and spare tire. Concerned about service expertise as they don't appear to be able to 'think outside the box.' Time will tell after couple services, whether the vehicle will hold up and/or be maintained by Hyundai service personnel.

needs a spare tire when driving across usa will needs spare tire aaa will touch the car if you flat with no tire only move to closes tire store so you need ad spare tire to car i would of pay the extra 300 thanks

So much technology

We like our new Santa Fe Hybrid. There is a learning curve to get used to using all the technology available. Very impressive vehicle. We just wish it handled better at interstate highway speeds . . . the steering wanders at times.

Amazing value form your money.

Awesome vehicle with a ton of features. Dealership helping with warranty issues is not great. Minor build quality issues should have been easy to handle from the dealership perspective. Drives great and gets great fuel mileage for this size of a vehicle.

Like the car but dealer doesn’t honor warranty

Had a problem that should be an easy fix (wireless charger). Took dealer 3 hours and they claimed they could not find problem and refused to replace it. Don’t fall for their warranty claims because a warranty that isn’t backed up is of no value.

Creaky/squeaky seat

The car sounds like it is about to fall apart. Something under the driver’s seat creaks like stepping on a loose floorboard every time I make a turn, accelerate, decelerate, or go over speed bumps. I don’t know how sturdy my seat is if I am ever in an accident. Also don’t know how long it will stand up to the automatic memory setting. The noise started after less than a week and they have not been able fix it after multiple tries. And corporate is no help either. Based on my experience I would steer clear of this car and company.

Pleasant experience

Would recommend this vehicle to others and have. Love everything about my Santa Fe Hybrid except the issue with Bluelink. When I press the button on my steering wheel to specifically say for a name to be called it dials the last number I called.

Very please to this point

I replaced a Palisade and was concerned downsizing but the ride quality of the Santa Fe seems on parallel with the Palisade. I do miss the cargo capacity I gave up downsizing. MPG is great. The hybrid works well.

Just bought this

So far so good no issues. Getting 36.7 MPG combined. Ride is stable if not outstanding. Adequate power from the 1.6l engine. It’s not designed to be in a drag race but it certainly will get you merging fast enough onto the freeway or anywhere else where you need speed

The car is incredible, drives very smoothly, it has lot of technology that makes your drive easier, safer and enjoyable. The audio system is the best quality. The capacity of the car is great, plenty of room for luggage and for yourself. Great car.

Hybrid Limited

This is an awesome SUV. It rides so smooth and quiet. It has all the features needed for long work commutes and long vacation trips. Its fuel economy is good also. Love the features of all cameras when parking and also during driving. This is my 3rd Hyundai and have not been disappointed yet.

I love my santa fe hybrid! I would highly recommend asking for Alese for your sales consultant. SHe is awesome and super honest and helpful. I LOVe the 20 year and 200,000 mile warranty!!!!!!! what a deal

Love this car

So glad I bought this car. It has been my favorite car to date. It has so many awesome features, too many to just pick one, however, ventilated seats may be my #1 favorite feature this hot summer. The dealership, Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa, FL is a great place to buy a car.

This seems to be a well designed and well made car We have owned I for a month or so, therefore, it is difficult to rate it like the survey would like the see! We have not had the time to really experience all the features and convinces yet. We are not yet comfortable with it. So far, we are pleased with the look, safety and convience features, but a honest experience survey would be much more reliable than a one moth review!
