easy to work with

I enjoyed working with the sales staff and the vehicle is amazing. It was the white color I wanted. I did want the moon roof, memory seats, CD player but I love my new vehicle anyways, I love having the great gas mileage and love having the HYBRID!

I am very pleased with my new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. I am still getting used to driving it. Check back at a later date about the Tire Mobility Kit when I have had an opportunity to use it. Please also give me a number when at a later date I have a suggestion I can submit it to you.

Nice vehicle

Bought brand new, but had to travel to get a vehicle without the extra BS mark ups. The vehicle includes some great and convenient features. Highly recommend that you take an opportunity to test drive it for yourself.

Smoothest and Quietest Vehicle I've Ever Owned

My 2023 Hyundai Sante Fe hybrid is the smoothest and quitest vehicle I have ever owned.And that includes numerous Mercedes, BMWs and Audis. It offers plentyof room for passengers and gear, gets great mielage with the combination of gas and hybrid power. We've driven it on two longtrips thus far and the quiet cabin, supple ride and extrodinary range make for wonderful cruising!

Great car. built well. Great options, roomy and comfortable. Fun to drive. Very quiet, hardly any road noise. Handles well and great visibility. All the controls are easily accessible. The seats are very comfortable and have great adjustment options.

Smooth, quiet, zippy, sexy

I love how smooth, quiet, sexy and zippy she is! The difference settings make it zip faster, but economy setting is still just as great! Love the low road noise inside. My other car 10 yrs older was much louder.

No support from hyundai

Already documented. Dealership and Hyundai have failed to earn my confidence in safety of vehicle. I am driving a car that has lost power while driving on the highway. The response I have received is bring the car back if it happens again.

I think you can read prior comments, the vehicle was a lemon and was in the shop more than it wasn’t. I will never purchase another Hyundai or recommend to anyone. I am very disappointed and truly would like to file a lawsuit against Hyundai

Car is good ! Not services

The car is really nice but we had an issue with the hybrid system. Dealership did not find the issue despite we left the car 2 days. Then we got stuck in the highway during vacation and we had a really bad experience with the warranty services. It took 5 months to close the case (with back and forth emails) and we were not paid what we were told.

Nice vehicle, service experience iffy

I like the car- but my latest service experience at dealer has left me disappointed Took a month to get an appointment for oil change, took 6,5 hours to complete, they lied about tire rotation. Claim that complimentary maintenance means I pay for every other oil change. And they can’t clearly tell me at what interval I need it

More bells and whistles and smoother quieter ride than the Cadillac XT 5 I traded in. Love the hybrid performance. Only have 5000 miles in the first year so cannot rate dealer service yet nor longevity.

Vehicle is great overall. Personally, I am so happy with the Hybrid feature. For future improvements, here are my recommendations — 1) eliminate USB port in the cup holder space, since an accidental spill could easily damage electronics; 2) too many buttons (of same shape/color) in one spot <— this makes the operation less intuitive; 3) improve Hybrid Gas mileage to get to (or exceed) the competitors’ average rate.

I love it, but…

I love everything about this vehicle EXCEPT to backup alarm. It is a hybrid and a sound is required when in reverse but the alarm on these vehicles is obnoxious. I regret buying it every time I am in reverse which kills me because I love everything else.

Hyundai SEL Premium Hybrid

I'm very impressed with my new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Premium Hybrid. It's actually roomier than expected, especially legroom in both the front and back seats. It also has more room behind the 2nd row seats than I thought it would. I haven't taken any road trips, so don't know the "highway" mileage, but I'm impressed by the mileage in the city. I was a bit concerned that the 4 cylinder turbo + hybrid wouldn't have enough power, but that's not the case at all. A pleasant surprise. Another pleasant surprise is the very comfortable ride and how very QUIET my Santa Fe is! I also enjoy the BlueLink features using my phone. In addition, the 12 speaker Harmon Kardon speaker system is excellent. I'm also impressed with the complimentary maintenance, and the length of the warranties for different parts of the vehicle. I have the heated seats, however I do wish my SEL Premium included a heated steering wheel and ventilated seats. But not a huge deal with the remote start capability. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with this vehicle and won't hesitate to recommend it to others.
