Best Value for What You Get

For the money you pay, it has more standard features than other OEMs like Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Gets good mpg for the vehicle of its size. The ride quality is good and the interior has a lot of buttons, which I prefer over touchscreen controls.

I love my new Hyundai

The Hyundai is great but I would buy anything from Gary at McDonald Hyundai, he is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in any capacity. I have already referred a friend to him and she bought a new car as well because he has such amazing customer service skills. He isn’t pushy and is transparent in everything ha does.

Great mid-sized suv with exceptional mpg!

I have had the vehicle for a few months now and my experience with it has been very positive, the vehicle is smooth and comfortable with ample cargo space. The features on the limited trim are great, I love the heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel and folding door mirrors. The panoramic roof is enormous and lets in tons of light giving an airy feeling. A few annoyances are, 1. not all interior lights are led's, why Hyundai? 2. No wireless carplay on the top end trim but available on the base model, makes no sense? 3. The rear cargo load height is a bit high. Overall though, I am happy and made the right choice for my needs. The vehicle fits a niche for people that require something a little bigger but don't need a third row.

Nice looking and riding car

Car was purchased new and was told gas mileage would be 30-36 mpg average is about 26. Rides comfortably but in cold weather runs poorly also i get this horrible vibration on wheel and back seats actually vibrate. Hopefully i get it resolved and enjoy my new car

Excellent Vehicle

We bought a 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid and are thrilled with the performance, comfort, dependability, warranty and crazy good fuel mileage. We had an original Santa Fe we bought in 2001 (first year available) and that vehicle served us well. So why not purchase another one?

Happy purchase

Less than 300 miles driven. Initial experience is superb. Quality is not subpar to Lexus. Backup warning signal while a safety feature, is annoying, especially when backing up early morning on a long driveway in a quiet neighborhood. Should provide a switch to disable or enable it. Not providing security cage or bracket to prevent catalytic converter theft in today's age speaks of engineering out of touch with the real world environment in America.

Great addition to the family fleet!

After almost 1 year of waiting, I finally was able to replace my 2014 Sonata SE. The new SUV is fantastic! It drives very smoothly and like my 2022 Tucson Hybrid Limited, the smart navigation system is very impressive! I became a Hyundai customer in 1997 when I purchased my Accent GLS and never bought any other brand since then. As of today, I have bought a total of 10 Hyundais!!

Hybrid Limited 2023

I really like this car and my wife has enjoyed driving it. We wanted to be conscious of the next vehicle to purchase and we did our research. This trim level for the Hybrid is very luxurious and has many features only available on other vehicles with a starting MSRP above $50k. the mileage is more than we expected and glad we made this purchase.

Fun Car to Drove

The car is filled with technology that takes a 70 something owner time to learn. I miss my heads-up display. The ride is nice, but the hybrid system seems to produce a delayed response in both acceleration and braking.

Great Car!

The car is very reliable and fun to drive! I appreciate all of the features. Although there is a delay in my apply carplay when I use the google maps and it makes it quite difficult to drive sometimes. But a loophole that I found is when I used music and just let the directions just be verbally relayed to me. Additionally, I found the reverse sound on the car is really loud and can be quite embarrassing.

Love the features, looks and driving of the vehicle... but stranded at 1500 miles...

We love the vehicle in so many ways, but are disappointed that it broke down and left us stranded by the roadside after just 1500 miles. We've always purchased Toyotas but decided to give Hyundai a try after reading and shopping. Our last Toyota gave us 147,000 miles with ZERO breakdowns and only routine maintenance costs. We'd still be driving it if it hadn't been totaled in a snowstorm accident. Hoping our breakdown was a one-time occurrence, but disappointed we had to experience it. Now we'll be hesitant to hit the road like never before.

Early Problems

Replaced a 2021 SF Hybrid that had ecu problems with this 2023 SF Hybrid. Total brake failure at 3350+ miles. Been at dealer for 30 days so far with no information as to what is to be fixed or when. Poor communications.

This is the first Hyundai I have purchased. Love the tech, hybrid options, and reliability. Wish Hybrid cars were selling closer to MRSP - but this should change in a year or 2. I am tall and this car has great legroom.

Lots of bang for the buck

I’ve been through 46 vehicles. This vehicle as with other Hondas I’ve owned gives you a lot for the price. Very pleased with it. So far in the first month. Can’t wait to see how it pairs down the road.
