nice cross over, underpowered

fairly comfortable ride, but have to take corners such as exits from a highway rather slowly: the vehicle feels like it will tip over… rather poor acceleration especially at highway speeds when overtaking another vehicle

Great ride, but unresolved computer issues

The car looks great, is super fun to drive, and has a beautiful display and great stereo system. Unfortunately there is some kind of computer issue going on. I’ve had problems with Apple car play, the display auto-dimming for no reason, keyless entry doesn’t always work, and the sunroof has issues closing

Not a Fan

The only reason I rated the vehicle at a 2 was because the car did what it was supposed to do and kept my daughter alive when she was in an accident. Other than that it is not a good car and I would never purchase one again. The car had electrical issues when I purchased it landing it in the shop for over 2 months 6 weeks after purchasing the car. Hyundai could never explain what happened. It appears they replaced something in hopes it fixed the issue. On another occasion, I was driving and the headlights and dashboard lights went out leaving me in complete darkness. While this only lasted a few seconds, it was a horrific experience. Once again I was told that they could not explain.

I actually give it a 4 1/2

You don’t have halves for a selection so I gave it a four. It took me a while to get used to the way it handles but once I did, I love it. It’s heavier than my previous car which I love now. I’m not happy that I was told I had a FULL SIZE spare tire. I had a flat and only then did I find out it’s the donut and not full size. I don’t like being lied to.

Great ride

I've always owned a Hyundai. This one is one of my favorites. Nice, sporty ride. This one is definitely on the lower end of power and comfort as compared to other Hyundai models I've owned (Tucson and Santa Fe). Because of this, I would have expected the price to be significantly lower than it was.

Over all love the vehicle but for one thing, approx. every 4 months the battery is dead. It has nothing to do with how much one drives it. One time it had set for 48 hrs and the battery was dead, another time I have driven it almost 100 miles and the next day the battery was dead. The only thing I can think of is it has something to do with some sort of update on the info system. The approx 4 month clock seems to have started approx 2 wks from date I purchased it: it was purchased in march, july dead battery, November dead battery, following march dead battery. I am now looking forward to july. I have purchased a battery jumper from amazon for the purpose of dealing with this issue. This is also the only reason I cannot recommend this vehicle to others.

Love my Hyundai

The service department really took the time to make an appointment that fit my busy schedule. The wait time while my car was being serviced was a little long but the waiting room was comfortable. I even grabbed a couple of snacks on the way out. 😊
