Do not buy

I had issues driving it off the lot. The screen stopped working and i was out of a new car for a month. And the screen issues still don’t work

Nice balance of comfort, utility, and driving dynamics.

The sales manager at my Hyundai dealer found this 2024 Kona for me at one of their other dealerships. I love the Space Gray color and light gray interior. The vehicle has been very functional for carrying people and cargo, yet it's very fun to drive and has ample power. I am getting above the posted mileage and it's easy to maneuver in traffic and around town. Lots of features in the Limited trim and good graphics on the gauge cluster and infotainment screen. It is more expensive than some of the competition, but it's also better equipped.

Car is great, dealership, not so much

Kona is great. Van Nuys dealership/service dept. are rated 0. Worst service dept I have ever been to. I have owned Mercedes, Porsche, Cadillac, Nissan, GM cars and have never had such a horrible experience. Salesperson also mediocre. Never removed tracking device and car battery died within 9 months. Service appointments not honored. Taking my car to Westlake dealership which I rate a 10.
