I prefer the old model

The technology seems great at the beginning, but it’s overly complicated and has less features that matter to everyday drivers. Driving is worse in the 24 than previous model. Same with styling.

If the nav worked consistently I’d give a higher rating

Nav can’t find residential addresses. Dealership told me I’d have to give up my car for up to 7 business days to get someone to investigate and diagnose. No loaners - so I’m supposed to pay for a rental for 1.5 weeks.

34,000 miles and no problems. Came with complimentary maintenance. Local dealer takes a long time to perform the maintenance: 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
