I do not love the way it runs or the driver assist

Kona

Nice riding vehicle. Cruise Control does not hold speed when going up an incline, drops 1-3 mph depending on grade of incline. Auto Play looses connection at time and tapping reconnect does not solve it. At time need to delete device and pair it again. Can be annoying at times.

over all a nice car but not great

over all I really like this vehicle. mine is a 2023 and I don't like the headlights. I have trouble seeing distance at night. drive with high beams on more in this car than others. I also live in Vermont where winters are long and cold. I often have trouble opening the door to the gas tank. since the switch is located inside the car, I can't reach the switch and the door at the same time if the door is frozen closed. those are the only major complaints about the car . I don't like that I have to subscribe to certain options after the trial date.

Overall I like this car. Don’t like that sometimes the radio goes off for no reason. Also think the front seats could b more comfortable. I bought cushions for them.

Excellent gas milage but it does have some problems

Overall I would buy the Kona again if the minor problems are solved. 1. Serious lag when using the cruise control and trying to climb small hills. Can loose almost 10 mph before the cruise control kicks in and starts to get back up to speed. I suspect this uses more gas and does agrivate those following. Noisy in the car when traveling.

I liked my 2021 Kona Better than this one

I have always had Hyundai cars. This 2023 model has the shutoff while stopped and more than once has shut off at a light while on a hill.This is a ridiculous feature and now I’m hearing that they may do away with it, which doesn’t help me. The car is just basic and at the end of the lease I hope I will be able to get onto a different car as I’m not thrilled with this one.
