Great as alternate car

Great as alternate car, as we kept another gas-powered vehicle for long distance driving. Most features are excellent and despite a few recalls (which were promptly dealt with) I am satisfied with this car.

Love the car other than being all electric

Luxury without a huge price tag. It is very comfortable inside and I get many compliments. I would not purchase an all electric again though. This car will go through tires about ever 35,000 miles due to the weight, even being EV tires. You also will blow out your tires on pot holes. A heavy EV car and the stock low profile tires are a bad idea. The car does not hold its value either, very disappointing so I stuck with it. I actually like my 2023 Sonata SEL better overall.

Sensible yet fun EV

I have leased my ioniq6 for more than 2 years now. I work remote. So this car is mainly used on weekends. I have taken several road trips with the car. The DC fast charging speed makes this possible. The car is fast and fun to drive and is roomy and comfortable for the other passengers. I have not had any problems with the car. Several recalls but mostly to fix software issues. Would recommend for reliability and overall value

Review at 30K miles

Vehicle is reliable and efficient. Autosteer and adaptive cruise control are great. Infotainment is fine, onboard nav is intuitive. A few extra bleeps and button presses are annoying, and the appearance is a little "fashion forward" but overall the car is outstanding value for the cost. I traded "up" from my Model 3 and have never looked back.
