Issues with driver assistance sysrem

Camera for driver assistance system failed with only a few hundred miles on the car, took 3 visits to the dealership to get the issue addressed, not some I would expect from a brand new vehicle

Great car, poor user interface

It's too bad that this car has such a poor user interface. Buttons are good, but the buttons on this car have no tactile feedback, so you have to look at them in order to press one; might as well be on the screen. Some buttons do one thing one time and something else the next time. The screen menus are confusing and it's hard to find things you want.

Overall a very fine vehicle

Only negative is the need every time I put it in forward, I have to click the toggle for maximum breaking from the engine. I had a Tesla, and this was not necessary, very frustrating.

Love my Ioniq5!

This car was tried and tested by close family members who are using it for 2+ years now and are very happy with it. And after a rather rough ownership experience with another EV, I was ready to own one that has solid performance and is tried and tested.

a fabulous car

This car is wayyyyyy better than the Audi e vehicle. Safety bells and whistles extremely well thought out. Very comfortable. I fixed the dash icons by putting in white on black stick on labels so as to be able to read the climate icons with ease. Very fun to drive. Spacious. I really love this car!

Great EV

Very happy with car overall. Single motor not as powerful as I would have liked and SEL package missing some features. Both could have been solved with upgraded trims. Driver interface good, but not as intuitive and efficient as Tesla.

Near perfect implementation of the EV concept.

This is a great car. I've had it 4 months. These are the issues I found: 1. Gap-filling material is coming out of the seam in top of the back hatch. 2. The first seem from the bottom of the back hatch "drools" after a car wash. 3.. Sometimes the compartment environmental controls come on after the car has been shut off. Fortunately, we have caught this before it sufficiently drained the battery to become a problem. It seems to happen when you shut off the car without putting it in park first, but I don't have enough data to verify. Any questions, I can be reached at 916.833.9640 -Bill
