2012 Hyundai Gensis performance

This is my wife's car. It is usually driven locally for short distances. But we have taken extended road trips of about 5.000 miles as well. The car handles very well and we have confidence in the way in which it performs. However, we have been disappointed with the need to have control switches replaced .

Great highway car...hugs the road...nice solid ride. Great looking car outside and inside. Loads of features. Seats are hard and if you don't have a riser for the passenger seat you ride quite low.

Love the car. Four and a half years and no issues. Needed a new battery after 4.5 years and 66K miles. Will definitely buy another one.

My Genny is awesome!

My 2012 Genesis R-spec is a special vehicle. The look of the vehicle is "classic" I play a lot of golf and often drive the foursome to our destinations. The trunk space holds four golf bags and shoes without any issues! The cabin space is roomy and often times those riding will fall asleep (true sign of comfort and safety)! I wish the 2012 style was not changed, the car will hold its look for years to come and that's why I love it!

The Hyundai Genesis

The screen for road maps and the phone has a decided glare limiting how one views the screen. The navigation tool was always clunky and problematic. The sensors in the gas tank are problematic. Otherwise this is a lovely car and a good value.

Review of Genesis

This is by far the best car I have ever owned. I have owned General Motors cars (Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick), Lincolns (Town Car, Continental), and Fords (Taurus, Focus). I have had this car since 2012, and have only had normal maintenance on it. Excellent car.
