I love my car

Gas usage is excellent! It sits a little low in the front and the steering is looser then I was use to. Also, not the most comfortable for passengers and need more cup holders

Absolute Waste of Money. Trash.

Didn't even last 3 weeks, left me broke! Put down a 2,000 dollar down payment and did not receive any extra money from Hyundai after the total loss from the car slipping off the road due to weather. (wasn't even that icy!) What makes the car seem cheaper is the fact I changed the tires just a week before because one of the tires exploded while driving! It was a brand new car with 5,000 miles on it! Not only that, but the car had an issue the first week of owning it, due to the ignition caps falling off?!

Perfect car for what I need.

Overall a fantastic car. I have one con for the entire car. I get that you want to advertise your own stuff but I use android auto and the only way I get access to android auto is through the wire. My former lease did not do this, which was the same car but older model.

Safety camera features fail when car is left in sun and heat

Love the Elantra, but bought it primarily because of its great suite of safety features. However when left in the sun and heat for a while the electronics in the front safety camera by the rear view mirror fail, and the dash says the camera is blocked which it is not. That disables all forward safety features including collision avoidance. The electronics have been recovering once the car is left in the shade and the safety feature restored, but this is totally unacceptable and the dealer says that's just what computer circuits do, and won't or can't fix the problem.

Very good on gas,

This is what I don’t like about the Hyundai I don’t like that there is the sensor that is in front of the front windshield and if you have to replace that windshield you need to calibrate that camera. What I also don’t like is that you need to pay for all your subscriptions.
