Great in ALMOST every way

They got so close to nailing it in every way on the SEL w/convenience package. The automatic braking when on cruise is obnoxious and should be able to be turned off. There is no reason I should have to shake the wheel to let it register that my hand is on the wheel when using lane follow every 30 seconds. I have all these convenience features but no dimmable mirror? Not quite enough USB ports, and no USB C in 2023 is silly. Other than that, it's been reliable. No shop visits other than standard maintenance after 40k miles. I haven't even had to change my windshield wipers. It does everything I expect and looks good doing so. I regularly average over 40mpg with city and highway.

Great car and GREAT MPG!

This is our fifth long drive! We do a lot of traveling and it has a lot of room and gets about 40 miles per gallon highway! We have the convenience package with gives you a bigger dashboard, especially your map area. Lots of trunk space too.

Minimal issues and love my Hyundai

Rides wonderful easy to drive. The only complaint that i have is the nightmare you have to go through to replace the battery in your key remote. Make it simple and make one's with just a lever to push when having to open it. Already broke one trying to turn the key and then had to pay for a new one. Idiotic design in my opinion.

A downgrade from previous years

This was my third Elantra and it will be the last Hyundai I ever purchase. This car is disappointing on many levels, with many features removed from previous years. I regret not taking a closer look before I bought it but I needed to replace my car quickly and I didn’t expect so many features to have been removed so I didn’t look too closely. That was my mistake. Had I looked carefully, I definitely would never had chosen this car. Don’t make my mistake. Find a better car for your money

Elantra is great (except for one thing)

Love everything about my Elantra except one thing. I HATE that Hyundai reports things like mileage to outside agencies or companies. For example, my insurance company knows my exact mileage. I didn't authorize this. I will not buy a Hyundai in the future if this continues.

This is my 4th Elantra I love these cars.

While I love the car - the new one technology wise can be frustrating. Safety features that automatically break (feel like it’s going to cause an accident). The WiFi auto connect to the car is annoying. It’s difficult and tedious to get it to disconnect. The interior is not as nice as my previous 2023. The plastic interior in this one looks cheaper (though it does stay cleaner than the whole front being a screen in my other one so its a toss up)
